The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of compound preparation of anion.and biological selenium,germanium on egg production rate,egg quality,serum biochemical indicators,and antioxidant capacity of Hyacinan brown shell layers.The test subjects selected 200 Hyacinan brown hens with consistent blood and good body condition.Using a completely random design,the selected Hyland brown hens were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The control group was fed the base diet.The experimental group was added 0.5%compound preparation of anion and biological selenium,germanium in base diet.Trial period was 49 days in total,including preliminary trial period which lasted for 7d,and trialperiod which lasted for 42d..The results showed that:(1)The production rate of eggs:Compared with the control group,the production rate of eggs of last week has increased by 3.33%(P<0.05).(2)The quality of eggs:Compared with the control group,theintensity of eggshell,eggshell yolk brightness(L*)increased by 8.38%(P<0.05)and 5.74%(P<0.05)significantly..The nutrients of eggs:Compared with the control group,the fat of egg yolk decreased by 19.93%(P<0.01);the proteinof egg yolk increased by 8.28%(P<0.05);The egg yolk decreased by4.57%.(3)Boold indicators:Compared with the control group,the albumin and clear the ball than increased by 8.33%(P<0.05)and 11.11%(P<0.05);the CHO decreased by 8.68%(P<0.05);the HDL increased by 8.24%(P<0.05).(4)Serum immune indicators:Adding the compound preparation of anion and biological selenium,germanium,the IgG increased by 4.89%(P<0.05).(5)Antioxidant ability:Compared with the control group,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum increased byl0.19%(P<0.05)and 17.82%(P<0.01);The activity of SOD and GSH-Px in egg yolk increased by 30.58%(P<0.01)and 22.92%(P<0.01);The activity of MDA decreased by 14.55%(P<0.05);The activity of SOD in egg liver increased by 10.29%(P<0.05)and 11.16%(P<0.05).In conclusion:Adding the compound preparation of anion and biological seleniu m,germanium can improve the quality of egg and immune in laying hens.The lipid metabolism in egg can be adjusted,and it also can improve the antioxidant ability in egg yolk,serum and liver significantly.
