Three elements of copper,germanium,chromium,are correlative to cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes,which seriously harm to human health.Studied on this probabily provide a shortcut to conquering these malignant diseases.In view of this, through the appropriate supplementary food via copper,germanium,chromium becomes a necessity.As components of the biological activity of copper,germanium,chromium also become functional food on a hot one.However,due to copper,germanium, chromium,which the lack and excess is between a very narrow range,the lack or excessive intake will lead to serious consequences,and the level of germanium, chromium and copper in the soil directly impact on plants in the germanium,Chromium and copper content,thus affecting human health.Wheat flour is the staple food consumption.Selecting analysis method which can accurately,simply,sensitively,rapidly determinate on copper,germanium,chromium content in wheat flour,has important significance on copper,germanium,chromium caused by disease and lack of excessive lead toxicity studies.Nanyang color wheat in our province in recent years cultivating is a new varieties of wheat.The level of chromium, copper,germanium content has not been for in-depth study.The topics of research for the rich copper,germanium,chromium food production and provide a theoretical basis for technical reference.In this paper,the five selected areas of the four Nanyang color wheat and two common wheats and planting soil for the growth of test materials,using microwave pressure on the digestion process dealing with samples of new technologies, determinating with different methods,results showed that:1 Microwave digestion of decomposition faster,with less reagent,the pollution of small,low-blank value advantages,and is dry ash and wet digestion compared with no significant difference.In this paper,selected digestion conditions:digestion time 20 min,digestion agent: copper,germanium and trivalent chromium determination by 4.00mL HNO3+2.00mL H2O2(wheat flour) and 4.00mLHNO3 +2.00mL HF(soil),hexavalent chromium,used in 5.00mL HNO3+1.00 mLHClO4(wheat flour) and 4.00mL HNO3 +1.00mL HF+1.00mL HClO4(soil).2 Five of the six varieties in cultivation of wheat in copper,germanium,chromium content and differences:1) Six varieties of wheat cultivated in five regions in copper content of the whole flour is 2.17~7.81μg g-1,and are limited in copper health standards.Six varieties of blue copper content of the highest wheat,Zhou wheat 16 is minimum in copper content,four of color wheat in copper content in general is higher than two common wheat.Five regions in Gongyi copper content in wheat 4.60~7.81μg g-1 between the various varieties of wheat generally higher copper content,and above all the varieties of wheat at the end of the 4.22~6.58μg g-1 between the copper content;Zhengzhou wheat in copper content is about 2.17~4.52μg g-1;cultivatedn in the region of the copper content of the wheat varieties generally low,and lower than the wheat varieties of the copper content.Through single- factor analysis of variance showed that three areas of Jiaozuo,Luohe Shangqiu and the copper content of different varieties of wheat little,Zhengzhou and Gongyi are almost all significant differences,but these five areas of wheat and wheat seeds in copper content is a significant difference.2)Six varieties of wheat cultivated in five regions after the germanium content in the whole flour is 0.390~1.085μg g-1,and are limited in germanium health standards.Hard Purple wheat is with higher levels of germanium,Zhou wheat 16 is in the lower levels of germanium;In addition to Hard Purple wheat,two color of wheat in germanium content are similar to ordinary wheat.Five areas of wheat in Zhengzhou region of germanium in 0.478~1.085μg g-1 between the various varieties of wheat in general with the highest germanium,and above all the varieties of wheat is between 0.356~0.476μg g-1 in germanium content;Gongyi Wheat in germanium content is about 0.349~0.566μg g-1,the varieties of wheat germanium content is generally low.Through single- factor analysis of variance showed that the three areas of wheat in Jiaozuo,Luohe and Shangqiu are little difference in the germanium content,wheat in Zhengzhou and Gongyi has significant differences,the five areas of wheat and wheat seeds in germanium content are on the Significant difference.3) Trivalent chromium content of six varieties of wheat cultivated in five regions is about 0.107~0.432μg g-1,and total chromium content is between 0.126~0.456μg g-1,and chromium are limited within the hygiene standards.General purple wheat is with higher levels of chromium,the chromium content of Gray wheat is lower in addition to hard purple wheat.Shangqiu wheat in chromium content is between 0.190~0.432μg g-1,the various varieties of wheat generally is higher chromium content,and above all the varieties of wheat at the end of the 0.172~0.325μg g-1.The chromium content of wheat in Gongyi is about 0.107~0.128μg g-1,the varieties of wheat chromium in general minimum,and lower than wheat weed chromium content.Through single- factor analysis of variance showed that five areas of wheat and wheat seeds chromium is in a significant difference.Between the five regions there are also differences.3 Copper,germanium,chromium content in whole flour and soil are of the relevance of the analysis and biological absorption ratio and soil pH:1) Through the test data on the five areas of wheat and its growth in the copper content of the soil correlation analysis showed that:all varieties of wheat with the growth in the copper content of the soil showed strong positive correlation.Different varieties of wheat on the soil of copper in the context is in the different choice of absorption,Yanzhan 4110 wheat's absorption is relatively small,22.2 to 27.2 percent;Blue wheat absorption is more,between 22.0 to 29.8 percent.2)Through the test data on the five areas of wheat and its growth in the germanium content of the soil-related analysis showed that:all varieties of wheat with the growth in germanium content of the soil correlation is not strong.In the context of the absorption radio different varieties of wheat on germanium content is of different choices.Gray wheat's absorption is relatively small,31.9 to 46.6 percent;Blue wheat's absorption is relatively more,49.0 to 85.5 percent.3)Through the test data on the five areas of wheat and its growth in the chromium content of soil correlation analysis showed that:all varieties of wheat with the growth in chromium of the soil are highly correlated.The same growth environment,different varieties of wheat on soil in the context of chromium absorption of different choices, Zhou wheat 16 absorption is relatively small,8.9 to 15.1 percent;ordinary Purple wheat's absorption is relatively more,,10.6 to 21.3 percent.4) Different varieties of wheat compared with the absorption of the soil pH is a certain relevance.For wheat in the five areas of copper,for its part,the biological absorption compared with the pH of soil is a negative correlation.To the five areas of wheat in the germanium,for its part,the ratio of absorption into the soil pH is related to positive relationship.To the five areas of wheat in trivalent chromium,for its part,the biological absorption ratio and the soil pH is also a negative correlation,and hexavalent chromium,its biological absorption is nothing to do with the soil pH.
