At present,there is no mature and reliable mechanical equipment for the automatic peeling of citrus in China.Most of the existing equipment uses random peeling,and multi-channel incisions are made on the surface of citrus through high-speed rotating knife rollers.The contact between citrus and knives is relatively random.Because the citrus peel has high moisture content and low toughness,difficult to peel into pieces and the pulp is tender and easy to damage,which increase the difficulty of mechanical peeling,resulting in existing domestic and foreign citrus peeling equipment commonly exist peeling rate is low and the damage rate of the pulp is high.This article aims to provide a new way for the automatic peeling of citrus,to solve the problem of citrus processing,but also conducive to the design and manufacture of automatic processing lines,which will increase labor productivity,reduce processing costs,improve the competitiveness of citrus in the international market,and promote citrus.The continuous development of the processing industry is of great practical significance.This article studies a citrus peeling machine.The main research contents and methods include:1)The design of citrus peeling machine mechanism has an important influence on the peeling performance of the peeling machine.Based on the characteristics of citrus materials,combined with the structural features of the existing stripping machine,it is determined that the design of the citrus peeling machine needs to take into account physical characteristics and design requirements.Through the improvement of the existing citrus peeling test platform,a citrus peeling device was designed and optimized to automatically peel the citrus.2)Through the analysis of the complete machine and key components,determine the initial plan of the whole machine.Solid works is used to draw the three-dimensional maps of various institutions,determine a series of parameters,according to the basic requirements of the design and basic principles and design principles,determine the structural parameters of the institutions,and theoretical analysis of the mechanism,mechanical engineering problems optimization design and the key to the analysis of the motion stress.Determine the structural parameters of the ring cutting,cutting top and skinning mechanism and the transmission stability of the overall equipment,and determine the optimal design variables so that the design components are reasonable and the performance is good.3)According to the design requirements and control principle,according to the number of input and output ports at the same time,select the development board Omron PLC,model CP1H-EX series.The hardware part mainly completes the design of PLC wiring circuit,drive and servo motor wiring circuit,power supply wiring circuit,etc.,and selects the model of the relevant parts.4)Through the peeling effect test,the average value of the ring cutting rate was 97.6% and the damage rate was 5% in the citrus peeling test;the cutting top rate was 50%,and the roll-to-second cutting top rate was reached 93%;average skinning rate was 73.8%,and the average damage rate was 12%;the main reason for the damage effect of the test effect was that the difference in the size of the citrus exceeded the designed adaptation range.The operation of the citrus peeler was normal during the test,which verified the feasibility of the structure and control system of the citrus peeler.Based on the original experimental platform,a complete set of automatic debarking equipment was designed and optimized,and its rationality was verified through experiments.According to the complete machine design self-adaptiveness,the optimization of the tool,the need to increase the tool level and increase the classification process,provide the parameters and practical reliability basis for prototype improvement and industrial production.
