Study On The Development Of Ecological Recycling Agriculture In Jilin Province

In recent years,with the upgrading of the consumption structure of residents,there has been an imbalance in the supply and demand structure of some agricultural products,which makes it more difficult to ensure the supply and structural balance of agricultural products.At the same time,the problems of resources and environment in our country are tense and the constraints are getting tighter.The extensive mode of agricultural development in the past can no longer adapt to the current agricultural economic development,the agricultural inputs are overused,the water and soil resources are tight,and the agricultural non-point source pollution problem is aggravated.More and more attention has been paid to the quality and safety of agricultural products.In addition,under the influence of globalization,the deep integration of domestic and foreign agricultural products market and the lack of market competitiveness of China's agricultural products make the export of traditional superior agricultural products more difficult,which makes it difficult for farmers to continue to increase their income.How to adjust the structure of agricultural products,protect the ecological environment,improve the competitiveness of agricultural products market and develop the development model of agricultural rural sustainable development is urgent.As one of the main grain producing areas in our country,Jilin Province is rich in agricultural resources.However,due to its rough agricultural development model,its resources consumption is serious,the problems of land desertification and salinization are prominent,and the environment is seriously polluted.It has become a hidden danger restricting the future development of agriculture in Jilin Province.The development mode of ecological circular agriculture has brought a new idea for the agricultural development of Jilin Province.It requires us to pay attention to the ecological and social benefits as well as the economic benefits of agriculture.Based on the "3R" principle and the theories of circular economics,ecological economics and industrial economics,eco-circular agriculture is a kind of agricultural development mode of sustainable cleaner production.Domestic and foreign research scholars mainly from the concept,model,problems and other aspects of the study,but few scholars based on the actual situation of Jilin Province to do research.This paper adopts the method of literature reading,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and the combination of normative research and empirical research,and studies the current situation of ecological circular agriculture in Jilin Province by using the theories of circular economics and sustainable development.The comprehensive development level of ecological circular agriculture in Jilin Province is evaluated by entropy weight method,and the influencing factors that limit its development are obtained,and the existing problems in the development of ecological circular agriculture in Jilin Province are pointed out.Then through the domestic and foreign typical case study,obtains its advanced development enlightenment,and in view of Jilin Province ecological circular agriculture development present situation and the development question proposed four countermeasure suggestions: To improve farmers' awareness of developing new agriculture;to perfect the construction of agricultural fund support system;to strengthen the combination of production,education and research,to perfect the technical support system;to improve the relevant security system for the development of ecological circular agriculture.
