| The widespread application of mechanized equipment,fertilizers,pesticides,etc.in agricultural production has promoted the improvement of agricultural productivity,but also exerted an adverse impact on the agricultural ecological environment.It is an important task to promote the green development of agriculture in the development of modem agriculture in the new era.The development of ecological circular agriculture is an important way.Located in the economically developed area of southern Jiangsu,Taicang City is one of the regions with the highest level of agricultural intensification and modernization in China.How to transfer theoutdated way of fighting for resources and environment and pursuing output growth to the track of attaching equal importance to quantity,quality and benefitis a key problem that needs to be solved urgently in the development of modern agriculture in Taicang City.With the development of Taicang City's ecological circular agricultureas the main research line,this paper combines theory with practice based on the summarization of agriculture-related theories,comprehensively applies theoretical knowledge and methods of agricultural economics,resource economics,agroecology,etc.,reviews the theories of circular economy,sustainable development and industrial chain extension,and defines the concepts related to circular agriculture.On this basis,this paper analyzes the development status of ecological circular agriculture in Taicang,and explores four development modes of ecological circular agriculture in Taicang,i.e.the circular agriculture mode ofrice and wheat straw value-added reutilization,the circular agriculture mode offarmland loss nutrient interception reutilization and the circular agriculture mode of waste collection and comprehensive utilization.This paper points out the problems in the development of Taicang's ecological circular agriculture,including unreasonable structure and method of crop straw utilization,unbalanced regional allocation of straw comprehensive utilization resources,single and short ecological circular agriculture production chain,and insufficient technical reserve for ecological circular agriculture.Based on the above research,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of ecological circular agriculture in Taicang City:(1)Scientifically formulating the development plan for ecological circular agriculture and improving the level of planning guidance;(2)Strengthening technical cooperation and development,and adjusting the structure and mode of agricultural waste utilization;(3)Increasing capital investment,introducing social diversified input,and extending the industrial chain of ecological circular agriculture;(4)Strengthening policy support and improving the extension system of ecological circular agriculture;(5)Strengthening organizational leadership and building a strong organizational promotion system. |
