The study of genetic variation can provide theoretical basis for scientific and rational development and utilization of forest germplasm resources,and provide basis for the selection,domestication,introduction,and selection of hybrid parents of excellent germplasm resources.In order to investigate the genetic variation of different provenance and pedigree Idesia,and to provide the basis for the selection of pedigree and provenance Idesia,this paper studies the genetic variation of different provenance and genealogy through phenotypic characters,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaves and ISSR molecular marker.The results are as follows:1.Phenotypic traits of different provenances and families of tung tree were varied to some extent,and the variation among families was greater than that among provenances.The coefficient of variation of the 13 provenances was 12.36%~81.47%,the average coefficient of variation was 22.9%,and the coefficient of variation on the branch height was 81.47%.Among the 13 species of tung tree,the average coefficient of variation in Jiyuan,Jiujiang,Guiyang and Guizhou was relatively low,and the traits were relatively stable.Among the phenotypic traits,the gross growth,high growth,leaf length and Ye Kuan traits were more stable than other traits.The high and high growth of the branches of Tokyo provenances were obviously larger than those of other provenances,and the coarse growth,leaf length,width and petiole length of the Jiyuan provenances were obviously larger than those of other provenances,and the high growth and coarse growth of Chengdu provenances were all more prominent.According to the results of cluster analysis,13 provenances were divided into 4 groups.The coefficient of variation of the 22 families is 9.32%~54.71%,the average coefficient of variation is 24.91%,and the coefficient of variation on the branch is 54.71%.Among the 22 families,the average variation coefficient of Zhangjiajie 10,Jinyun Mountain 4 and Ganzhou 20 was relatively low,and the characters were relatively stable.In each character,the gross growth,high growth,leaf length and Ye Kuan traits were more stable than other traits.In Guangyuan 65,Guangyuan 25,Zhangjiajie 10 and Jiujiang 3,the high growth,upper branch height and branch number are in the forefront,and the other families are superior to other families.The leaves of Guangyuan 40,Zhangjiajie 2,Zhangjiajie 17 and Jiujiang 3 are obviously larger than those of other families.According to the results of cluster analysis,22 families were divided into 4 categories.2.the maximum coefficient of variation coefficient of fluorescence parameters of different species of tung tree is the steady non photochemical quenching,Fv and the maximum fluorescence after dark adaptation,respectively,21.82%,21.59% and 20.34% respectively.The lowest three parameters of the coefficient of variation are the maximum light quantum efficiency,the steady-state light adaptation to photochemical quenching based on the "LIke" model and the steady state.Photochemical quenching was 2.32%,7.37% and 8.80% respectively.Among the 13 sources,the maximum coefficient of variation in the maximum light quantum efficiency of Tokyo,Chongqing and Guiyang is the least,and the heredity is stable.The minimum variation coefficient of the steady-state fluorescence attenuation rate in heavy ferry,Nanjing and Chengdu is 7.85%,16.54% and 24.12% respectively,indicating that the stable fluorescence decay rate parameter representing plant vitality is stable.The three maximum coefficient of variation of fluorescence parameters of 22 families of tung tree is steady non photochemical fluorescence quenching,steady fluorescence decay rate and minimum fluorescence after dark adaptation,respectively,25.09%,20.91% and 18.45% respectively.The lowest coefficient of variation is the maximum light quantum efficiency and the steady-state photochemistry based on the "LIke" model.Quenching and steady state non photochemical quenching were 1.95%,13.39% and 17.01% respectively.The minimum variation coefficient of the maximum light quantum efficiency of Zhangjiajie 2,Mingxi 3 and heavy ferry 5 is 0.54%,0.62%,0.64%,and the heredity is more stable.The minimum variation coefficient of the steady-state fluorescence attenuation rate of heavy ferry 12,Ling'an 1 and Jiujiang 1 is 7.51%,9.44%,9.64%,indicating that the stable fluorescence attenuation parameter representing plant vitality is stable.The steady-state fluorescence attenuation rate Rfd_Lss of different provenances and families of tung tree and steady non photochemical fluorescence quenching NPQ_Lss are the largest,Jiyuan,Guangyuan,Nanchang 1,Jiujiang 1,and heavy ferry trench 12,which have higher plant vitality.The light energy absorbed by the PSII antenna pigment of leaves is more consumed in the form of heat form,and the photosynthesis of its own The protective effect of the mechanism is stronger,the maximum light quantum efficiency Fv/Fm is Ganzhou,Zunyi,Jiyuan,Mingxi 3,Zhangjiajie 2 and Chengdu 1.The open proportion of the II reaction center of the optical system is larger,and the transmission rate of the photosynthetic electron chain is higher than that of the other sources.According to the results of cluster analysis,13 provenances were divided into 3 groups,and 22 families were divided into 3 classes.3.the selected 10 pairs of primers were amplified by PCR.The results showed that the genetic diversity of the different provenances was high and the genetic diversity was rich,the size of the amplified fragment was mainly 250 ~ 2000 bp,and 10 pairs of primers were amplified with 92 bands,and 81 of the polymorphic bands,which accounted for 88% of the total band,and the genetic phase.The variation range of the similarity coefficient is 0.5092 ~ 0.7607.The genetic difference between the 13 provenances of Zunyi,Nanjing and Jiujiang is the closest,and the genetic difference is the smallest,and the relationship between Zhangjiajie and Ganzhou is the farthest and the genetic difference is the greatest.The 13 different species of tung tree can be divided into four categories,the I category includes Zhangjiajie;the II category includes: Ganzhou;the III category includes Guiyang,Jiyuan,Chongqing;the fourth category includes Tokyo,Chengdu,Guangyuan,Jiujiang,Nanjing,Zunyi,heavy ferry ditch,grand.Primer 826 constructed DNA fingerprints of different provenances.
