The 6-year-old 'Pollock'(free stock)and 4-year-old 'HD-1'(free stock)avocado were used as experimental materials in this study.From April 2016 to August 2017,it was carried out in the avocado germplasm resource garden of Danzhou campus of Hainan University..Single-layer white paper bags,white non-woven bags and kraft paper bags(outer yellow inner black)were used for bagging the fruits after the second physiological drop,and the non-bagging was used as a control.The effects of different pouch types on the growth characteristics,appearance quality,intrinsic quality and key quality synthetase activities of 'Pollock' avocado fruit were studied,The effects of pre-harvest bagging on post-harvest quality and physiology of mature 'HD-1' avocado fruit at room temperature storage condition were studied.The results are as follows:1.Each bag type can significantly promote the growth of avocado fruit,and improve the appearance quality of the fruit,and significantly increase the single fruit weight of the mature fruit,but it has no significant effect on the growth and development trend of fruit and the maturity period.Non-woven bagging can significantly improve the fruit shape index of avocado fruits,and the effect of the other two types of bags is not significant.Kraft paper bagging can significantly increase the brightness of the fruit,but it will make the pericarp yellow;white paper bags and non-woven fabrics bags significantly improved the appearance quality of the fruit and increased the brightness of the fruit,but the L value was not significantly different from the control.In addition,each bag type can also change the thickness of avocado pericarp,in which kraft paper bags can significantly increase the thickness of pericarp,while non-woven bags and white paper bags reduce the thickness of pericarp,but each bag type has no significant effect on pulp density.2.Suitable bag type can significantly improve the main intrinsic quality of avocado fruit.The treatments of non-woven bags and white paper bagging can significantly increase the content of carotenoids and chlorophyll in pericarp,and the content of fat,VA,VB2,VC,VE,soluble protein,free amino acids,soluble sugar,soluble solids in pulp,kraft paper bags can also significantly increase the content of soluble solids,soluble sugars,fat,VE,free amino acids and soluble protein in pulp,but it also significantly reduces the content of chlorophyll in pericarp and the content of VA,VC in pulp,and inhibit the synthesis and accumulation of the carotenoids in pericarp.3.Suitable bag can affect the synthesizer activity in the development of key quality.Each bagging material increased the activity of ACC and FADS in the fatty acid synthesis pathway,in which the non-woven bag increased the ACC activity significantly,the white paper bag increased the FADS activity significantly;the white paper bag and the non-woven bag enhanced the GMPase Activity in the pathway of Vc synthesis,kraft paper bags inhibited the activity of GMPase,non-woven bags increased GGP activity,kraft paper bags and white paper bags inhibited GGP activity,white paper bags and kraft paper bags inhibited GPP activity,and kraft paper bags had no effect.4.It can delay the changes of post-harvest quality and physiology of avocado fruit storage at room temperature,and delayed the ripening and senescence of fruit.Each treatment delayed the decline of fruit and pulp hardness,intrinsic quality and appearance quality,reduced the water loss rate of fruit,but that does not significantly affect the results;each bagging delayed POD,PPO and cell wall enzymes(PG,CX)increased activity,MDA content increased fruit slowly,increased SOD activity during storage,each bagging fruit have improved storability,wherein the non-woven fabric has preferably bagging treatment effect.5.Comprehensive analysis was performed to use the membership function method.The effect of bagging with non-woven bags was the best in each bagging process,followed by white paper bags.
