This paper makes a detailed analysis and elaboration on the whole process of Jilin forestry geographic information database and platform construction management technology.According to the objective situation of forestry in Jilin Province,the actual application of forestry in Jilin Province is formulated,evaluated and released,and the whole process is in line with the construction process of forestry database system.Jilin Forestry Geographic Information Database is one of the basic databases of forestry in Jilin Province.The database not only integrates the forestry geographic information data of Jilin Province for many years,but also provides a platform and interface for secondary development based on GIS.This is not only the application of forestry industry System development saves a lot of time,but also to avoid the repeated development of functional modules,greatly improving the software reuse ability for Jilin Province forestry based on GIS system development has laid a solid foundation.The simulation and analysis system of forest fire spread in Daxi Forest Farm is based on one of the applications under the Jilin Forestry Geographic Information Database platform.The system makes full use of the functional modules provided by the platform and combines the characteristics of forest fire with intuitive,dynamic and The direction of the show show the spread of fire and command the whole process of fighting.Based on the advanced theory and rich practical experience,this paper analyzes the development of forest fire research at home and abroad and the main factors affecting forest fire.The Daxi Forest Farm of Linjiang Forestry Bureau of Jilin Province is used as the research area,(Wang Zhengfei forest fire model)and the algorithm were used to analyze the fire risk level,three-dimensional display,fire safety statistics,forest fire spread time query,forest fire propagation speed simulation,Fire spread trend and fire manpower time calculation.In this paper,the use of GIS technology,network technology,database technology,changed the traditional development methods,to achieve the establishment of the database platform,in the geographic information database platform to support the secondary development of the forest fire system.Taking the simulation and decision system of forest fire spread in Daxi Forest Farm of Linjiang Forestry Bureau in Jilin Province as an example,the function of data management,forecast analysis,fire simulation,auxiliary decision and loss assessment are realized.Basically completed the research objectives of the system,and further improve the accuracy of forest fire behavior prediction,greatly enhanced the efficiency of forest fire management and modernization level,with a strong scientific and rational.
