Forest Fire Accessing System Of Post-fire Appraising

Forest plays a very important role during the social & economic development in china, but the wood fire is one of the factors that will restrain the continuous development & the protection of the forest development. So it seems great to the present wood fire protection in china that objectively, scientifically evaluation the fire loss. This research shows the realizing methods & the design of the system database toward the after fire evaluation through systematic construction thoughts, systematic structure, logic structure, technology methods & modules structure on the basis of modern 3S technology, Oracle +ArcSDE space data management technology.(1) Based on the standard database management systematic space module, design & establish multicustomer space database, that will analyze material forest information & relative after fire data, input&output all kinds of format & chart, it is a relatively perfect communication platform for multicustomers.(2) Introduced foreign evaluation theory, we summarize & set up a wood fire evaluation module, esp. scientifically studied the forecasters the research on some forest ecology.., all evaluation database including forest price data, personnel fees data, realize the evaluation module. Loss evaluation including total loss & serial loss, but also analyze the ecology loss & state economic loss about the fire.(3) The research will also make contribution to decision making after fire based on different objects & different customers to directly show the result of the forest material. It connects ecology, economy, computer, the basic science & crossed theory that make the management of the forest after fire more efficient & scientific.
