Research On The Development Of Evaluation System Of Cultivated Land Quality In Liaoning

Cultivated land is a very important resource for our country,so the protection of cultivated land is the key to the development and management of our country.In addition,we should pay attention to the quality of cultivated land,so it is necessary to evaluate the quality of cultivated land.Different regions have different evaluation systems in the evaluation of cultivated land quality,based on the evaluation system of cultivated land quality in Liaoning Province,this paper establishes the evaluation system of cultivated land quality in Liaoning province.So as to realize the goal of cultivated land quality protection and management information in an orderly,it also can improve work efficiency and make the evaluation process more convenient and accurate.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes and studies the characteristics of cultivated land in Liaoning Province,and according to the principle of evaluation of cultivated land quality in Liaoning Province,the technical process of evaluation of cultivated land quality is determined.This paper uses the Delphi method to determine the weight of cultivated land in Liaoning province,and establishes evaluation factors and weights of the database.Finally let the results for the development of the system,so as to achieve the evaluation factor management.(2)This paper establishes Liaoning province cultivated land quality information management system by based on C#language development,using.NET platform technology,using Oracle database as the data storage management software,using Ribbon style interface to complete the system interface customization,ArcGIS Engine as twice development platform for development.(3)Firstly,chose a experimentation area in Shenyang as the experimental object,and pretreatments the data involved in the evaluation,establish the database,also the quality of cultivated land in this area is evaluated by automatic calculation.Secondly,the automatic evaluation of cultivated land quality in this area is realized by using the system automatic calculation.Finally a number of plots are randomly selected in experimentation area,according to the quality of cultivated land gradation evaluation evaluation function of Excel programming and using the principle,system and evaluation results verify the evaluation results,the conclusion shows that the system of cultivated land quality evaluation accurately.
