Abstract:In order to explore the characteristics of three-dimensional ecological types and quality of tobacco leaves in Bijie City,Guizhou Province, the relationship between quality and style characteristics and ecological conditions of several tobacco varieties under the condition of three-dimensional distribution was clarified, and the adaptability of different varieties in different ecological regions was studied.A three-dimensional optimization and layout scheme suitable for the production of high-quality tobacco leaves in Bijie was proposed to provide scientific advice for the production of high quality tobacco leaves. From 2015 to 2016 in Bijie Tobacco District of Guizhou Province,a random area combination was used to study the effects of altitude, species, and their interactions on the content of polyphenols and carotenoids in tobacco leaves.Based on the experimental results, the following conclusions were obtained:1.Altitude,varieties,and their interactions contributed to different levels of polyphenols and carotenoids. The contribution of altitude to total phenols, chlorogenic acid, rutin, and scopoletin were 12%,2.0%,74%,30%,respectively;total carotenoids.,P-carotene and lutein were 31%,58%and 17%,respectively;the contribution rates of varieties to total phenols, chlorogenic acid, rutin, and scopoletin were 52%,57%,8.0%,and 17%..respectively;the contribution rates to total carotenoids,?-carotene,and lutein were 5.5%,2.0%,and 6.0%,respectively;elevation and variety interacted with total phenols, chlorogenic acid, rutin, and scopoletin were 35%,41%,15%and 48%,respectively,and the contribution rates to total carotene,?-carotene,and lutein were 40%,20%,and 22%,respectively.2.The contents of polyphenols and carotenoids differed significantly at different altitudes, and total phenols, rutin, total carotene.(3-carotene,and scopoletin increased with increasing altitude. The increase in elevation shows a decreasing trend and there is also a certain difference between the three altitudes. The content of scopoletin in the low-altitude areas is significantly higher than that in the high-altitude and middle-elevation areas, while in high altitude areas there was no significant difference in the middle altitude region:the chlorogenic acid content was significantly different among the three altitudes. The highest chlorogenic acid content was found in the high altitude areas, and the lowest was in the middle altitude areas. The low altitude areas were between the two.3.There were some differences in polyphenols and carotenoids content among different cultivars. The contents of total phenols and chlorogenic acid were highest in Honghuadajinyuan, followed by K326,and Bina 1 was the lowest, and there are certain differences among the three varieties;the contents of rutin, scopoletin, total carotene,?-carotene and lutein of Bina 1 are the highest, followed by Honghuadajinyuan,K326 is the lowest, and there are some differences among the three varieties.4.The interaction effect between altitude and species indicated that the contents of total phenols, chlorogenic acid,P-carotene,lutein and total carotene were higher in high altitude areas under the interactions with Honghuadajinyuain. The content of total phenolic, rutin and total carotenoids in the interactions was higher;the total phenols, chlorogenic acid, rutin, scopoletin, total carotene,p-carotene and lutein at the middle altitude were interacted with K326.The content was higher in the interaction with Honghuadaj inyuan;the content of chlorogenic acid,scopoletin,P-carotene and lutein were higher in the interaction between low altitude and Bina 1.The content of rutin was high when interacted with Honghuadajinyuan. The effect of altitude and species interactions on the content of polyphenols and carotenoids shows that altitude, species and altitude interaction are the key factors affecting the content of polyphenols and carotenoids in flue-cured tobacco.
