The Study On Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Cultivated Land Use In Jiangxi Province

Cultivated land is the natural resources on which human beings live,which is the material basis of agricultural production and the most basic production data of farmers.In recent years,China's non-agricultural land has been increasing year by year,the number of cultivated land per capita has decreased year by year,the impact of ecological environment deterioration on agriculture has been intensified,and the future agricultural development is facing severe challenges.There are few people,large demand for food,less cultivated land,less cultivated land,small scale of cultivated land,and serious pollution of cultivated land.These are the basic conditions of agriculture in China at the present stage.As the organization decision maker of cultivated land production and management,farmers are also the most basic rural microeconomic subjects in China,whose cultivated land operation plays a decisive role in China's agricultural production.Research in jiangxi province,farmers cultivated land use,can effectively improve the efficiency of land use,to promote the agricultural production increase,increasing farmers' income,narrow the gap between rich and poor,urban and rural areas and safeguard national food security and social stability are of key significance.Based on multivariate Probit model empirical analysis the influence factors of farmers cultivated land utilization way,study peasant household personal characteristics,family characteristics,characteristics and environmental characteristics of arable land is an important factor affecting the way farmers cultivated land use,the specific conclusions are as follows:(1)age,farmers cultivated land use mode choice will land transfer or abandoned,the second is to choose the food crops + farming way;The higher the level of education,the utilization of cultivated land will choose to grow cash crops instead of food crops.Farmers have the preference to grow cash crops with agricultural skills,followed by food crops and economic crops.(2)the higher the household income level of the peasant households,the use of cultivated land to choose to grow food crops.The larger proportion of pure agricultural labor force,the use of cultivated land to choose to grow food crops;The higher the non-agricultural income,the higher the priority of planting economic crops,the second is the choice of planting food crops and economic crops.(3)the more cultivated area,the higher the fragmentation degree of arable land and the greater the distance between plots,the farmers choose to grow food crops by using the cultivated land;The better the farmland irrigation condition,the farmers choose to grow cash crops.(4)the higher the level of county and village economy,the choice of grain crops and aquaculture by farmers;The higher the level of the township economy,thefarmers' preference for food crops and breeding,followed by the selection of food crops;The better the land traffic conditions,the farmers choose to grow food crops +cash crops.Finally,based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some specific policy Suggestions to improve the utilization behavior of farmers' cultivated land.
