Study On The Delimitation Of Permanent Basic Farmland In Shanggao County

In order to alleviate the conflict between urban development and cultivated land protection,promote social stability and guarantee food security and ecological security,this paper studies the delimitation of permanent basic farmland in Shanggao county.According to the requirements of basic farmland protection planning,combined with the superior indexes,first of all,the forecast of farmland demand,based on the overall planning of land use and the adjustment of target of farmland,the basic farmland area and protection rate are predicted.Finally with the help of GIS technology,using ARCGIS10.2 software,based on the data of the land use change survey,the overall planning of land use and the quality of cultivated land to update the evaluation results data,the basic farmland delimitation study is carried out in the study area,and the research conclusions are as follows:(1)according to the situation of the population in the study area,the population of the study area is predicted,and the demand for food crops in the study area is predicted.Based on this,the demand for cultivated land and the number of basic farmland are forecasted.At the end of 2020,in shanggao self-sufficiency and under the condition of low growth,the demand of Shanggao County’s cultivated land will be 16723.53 hm2.The protection area of the basic farmland should not be less than 29906.67 hm2,and the cultivated area of the whole county will be 34669.00 hm2,so the protection rate should not be less than 86.26%.(2)In terms of the delineation of the quantity,the basic farmland is demarcated according to the method of basic farmland layout optimization,the designated permanent basic farmland area is 29925.03hm2,the basic farmland protection rate is 86.32%;in the delineation of quality,The quality of the basic farmland is higher,the proportion of paddy fields and irrigated land is 80.43%,and the proportion of dry land is only 19.57%.(3)The results of this delineation are compared with those of the planned basic farmland,this paper mainly analyzes the transfer of basic farmland,overall,the zoned area is less than the designated area,the levels of quality and slope of cultivated land those are included in basic farmland protection zones are lower than the levels of quality and slope of out of the cultivated land,which is designated as basic farmland of the cultivated land quality is higher.
