| In this study,Chabchar County was selected as the study area.Comprehensive evaluation of cultivated land was conducted in terms of soil surface layer thickness, organic matter content, cultivated land type, irrigation condition, regional rank, grade grade, and natural Quality grade. The weight of each factor index was determined by expert scoring and other methods. The TOPSIS method was used to approximate the ideal value for comparison and ranking, and the comprehensive grade of cultivated land in Chabur County was obtained.Based on comparative analysis of the basic farmland index issued by the superior and the existing basic farmland, determine the demand, and then choose the principle of “optimization of merit” and “concentration of contiguous land” from the alternative arable land, and select the cultivated land to cover the permanent basic farmland protection.Red line to be protected. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the study of this paper, the plan for delineating the permanent basic farmland in ChabuQal County was proposed. This paper is based on the results of agricultural grading in Chabchar County and data of land change in 2014.The current status of arable land is used as an evaluation unit to determine the arable land evaluation system, including arable land Quality and social factors.Layers, including seven influencing factors, are soil texture, organic matter content, irrigation guarantee rate, surface soil thickness, slope grade, location grade, and cultivated land use grade.Using the spatial analysis method of GIS,the functions of buffer analysis and overlay analysis were established to standardize and analyze various index factors, and the weight of each impact factor was determined using the analytic hierarchy process and the expert scoring method. The proof of decision was established and the Chabchar was obtained.County comprehensive level of arable land.Taking the basic farmland protection task issued by Yili Prefecture as a binding indicator,it was determined that the additional cultivated land was included in the basic farmland, and finally the final demarcated results of permanent basic farmland in ChabuQal County were obtained. The basic farmland protection index of QabQal County issued by Yili Prefecture was72,310 hectares. The final area was 72,495.18 hectares, and over 185.18 hectares was completed.(2)Through comparison of the basic farmland before and after the demarcation of the Qabucher County, the paper summarizes the Quantitative and Qualitative changes of the basic farmland after demarcation. The result is a permanent, basic farmland protection red line with high Quality and concentrated distribution.(3)The basic farmland demarcation based on agricultural land classification can show the distribution and Quality distribution of basic farmland in the region on the basis of the current status of the administrative region, which is more convenient for the local government to strengthen management and supervision. While monitoring, the distribution of local farmland Quality is also known, which provides a reference for the next round of farmland protection projects. |
