| In recent years,the demand for aquatic products is increasing day by day,and the food safety problem of aquatic products also follows.The industry of Cucumis japonicus has developed rapidly in recent years in China.Because of the frequent diseases of high density culture,the abuse of antibiotics and the unqualified water quality of the aquaculture water body have also emerged.Microecologic preparation is a green substitute for antibiotics.It plays an important role in regulating water quality and preventing diseases.The cost of microecological preparation is low and easy to promote.It is an important product to realize the sustainable development of aquaculture.The microecological preparation Gongda II and Gongda III are two kinds of products developed in this laboratory.The pilot plant has been completed.In this paper,the effect of the two microecological agents on the water purification,the growth performance of the cucumbers and the effects on the bacteria in the intestine and the aquaculture water body were investigated in this paper.The effects of the two kinds of microecological agents on the culture ponds were discussed.First,the water quality of these two kinds of microecological agents in large aquaculture ponds was studied,and the content of ammonia nitrogen,chemical oxygen demand and sulphide in the water body were tested regularly.The water quality of the aquaculture ponds,which was sprinkled with microecological preparation Gongda II and Gongda III,was better than that of the control group without microecological preparations.In the study of the growth performance of the ginseng,the average weight of the ginseng was measured.The weight gain rate of the control group was 15.67%,the weight gain rate of the Gongda II experimental group was 32.07%,and the weight gain rate of the Gongda III experimental group was 22.25%.Then we carried out high throughput sequencing analysis on the intestinal and water body in 3 periods.The results showed that two kinds of microecological agents could inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria in the water body and make the bacteria groups more stable in the intestinal tract.The results showed that the two microecological agents could improve the expression of the immune genes in the intestine of the cucumbers and improve the immune ability of the cucumbers.To sum up,microecological preparations Gongda II and Gongda III have good ability to improve the water quality in large aquaculture ponds,and can improve the growth performance and immunity of the cucumbers,and can be used in the cultivation of the japonicus japonicus. |
