As a kind of high quality and rare species,Pleurotus geesteranus is widely favored by the market.The research on the efficient production of the Pleurotus geesteranus is also becoming popular.LED light is widely used in plant stimulation as an efficient and environmentally friendly light source.At present,there is no research on the growth of Pleurotus geesteranus.The experiment was conducted with No.5 Pleurotus geesteranus.To find the effects of different LED monochromatic light sources and composite light sources on the growth rate of mycelia,the formation time of the original base,the agronomic characters of the subentities and the nutritional quality were analyzed,and find the best light source was selected to provide light environmental regulation basis for the production and cultivation of the Pleurotus geesteranus.The main research results:1 ? The mycelium can grow normally under different light.In terms of a monochromatic light source.The growth rate of mycelia of red light was 6.73mm/d,which was significantly different from that of other groups.Combined LED light source > monochromatic red light,The growth rate of the combined light source with a ratio of 1:2 was 8.22mm/d,and mycelium growth was the fastest,and was significantly faster than that of other groups.2?The time of the formation of single red red light is 42 d,significantly faster than the 45 d in natural light.And the combination of the light source of primordium formation role in promoting the mushrooms were greater than elemental red light,which when combined sources of 1:2 red blue,primordium formation time is 38 d,significantly faster than other treatments.3?Under the simple blue light,the mushroom cover was 3.38 cm in diameter,significantly greater than other treatments.The stalk length was 2.87 cm,significantly shorter than other treatments.This suggests that the simple blue light will inhibit the growth of the mushroom cap and the growth of the stalk.The maximum thickness of the mushroom cover was 1.15 cm,which was significantly thicker than other treatments.When the light condition is the combination led light source with the red and blue ratio of 1:2,the agronomic shape of the mushroom is the best,the diameter of the mushroom cover is 2.85 cm and the length of the stalk is 3.52 cm.4 ? Simple red light can effectively improve the production of the mushroom.158.42g/bag,significantly stronger than natural light 144.33g/bag.The combined light green-blue group was weaker than the monochromatic red light,which was 148.50g/bag.When the red and blue ratio was 1:2,the yield of the mushroom was the highest,170.17g/bag,Biological efficiency also reached 68.07%,significantly higher than other treatments.5?Coarse ash content is 6.48 g /100 g,The crude fiber content was 16.52 g/100 g,which was significantly higher than the natural light in the control group.After the red light treatment,the crude protein was 26.78 g/100 g,and the crude fiber was 12.23 g/100 g.Both were significantly weaker than the natural light control group.This suggests that the simple blue light can enhance the formation of the nutritive material of the show,while the red light is inhibited.
