Dog fracture is a common clinical disease in pets. The inconvenience caused by fractures and a series of complications seriously affect the quality of life and animal welfare of the affected animals. At present, there are only a few clinics in the treatment of small animal clinical bone injuries. The use of traditional Chinese medicine to promote the internal healing process of fractures is performed during the fixed surgical restoration. The purpose of this experiment is to observe and study the pharmacodynamic effects of traditional Chinese medicine on fracture healing and explore the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in animal fractures. The entire study included two trials: Test 1: Effect of Jin Gu Qi Li San on Femur Fracture Healing in Rats60 healthy rats were randomly divided into groups 1 and 2 as the control group.Femoral fracture models were performed in groups 2-6.Group 2 was used as a positive group(without drug treatment)and given to groups 3-5.The low-,medium-,and high-dose doses of Jin Gu Qi Li San were administered, and the sixth group was a control drug treatment group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine Jin Gu Qi Li San Powder). The drug was administered once a day for 10 days and the test period was 14 days.Rats in group 1(control group)and group 2(positive group)were given an equal volume of normal saline by gavage.Body weights, serum biochemical markers(serum Ca,P,ALP levels),and cytokines(BMP,TNF-α,TGF-β,IGF-1)were routinely measured. The test results show that : Jin Gu Qi Li San can significantly relieve the effect of artificial fractures on the clinical signs and weight gain of rats;the changes of serum Ca,P,and ALP levels in the experimental group are significantly increased, and serum BMP,TGF-β,The change trend of IGF-1 content was significantly increased, and the increase of serum TNF-α content was significantly relieved, and the effect of promoting fracture healing was better performed.Test 2:Effect of Jin Gu Qi Li San on repair of canine bone defect48 healthy poodles were randomly selected and divided into 6 groups of 8 in each group. The first group was the blank control group, the second group was made of the tibial bone defect model, the second group was the positive control group, the third group was the control veterinary drug treatment group, referred to as the control veterinary drug group, and was administered with Bo Xing Zhen Tong San;The 4th to 6th groups were administered with low, medium, and high doses of Jin Gu Qi Li San,administered once a day for 10 days. The clinical signs of experimental dogs were regularly recorded.Serum biochemical indicators(serum Ca,P,ALP levels)and cytokines(BMP,TNF-α,TGF-β,IGF-1)were measured on days 0,7,14,28,and 42 after surgery.Collect imaging indicators. The test results showed that: Jin Gu Qi Li San and control veterinary drugs can increase serum ALP activity, reduce blood calcium content, increase blood phosphorus content to promote calcium deposition, increase serum BMP,TGF-β and IGF-1 content, significantly improve the experiment The scores of X-ray films in dog bone healing were significantly higher than those of low-dose bones and Jin Gu Qi Li San and control veterinary drugs.
