The informatization construction of soil and water conservation monitoring data can provide basic information for the construction,supervision and design of soil and water conservation,and it is very important for soil erosion and improvement of ecological environment.Therefore it is very important to establish soil and water conservation monitoring data publishing platform which is based WEB,it can strengthen the construction of basic water conservancy projects on the basis of standardization and normalization,achieve timely,accurate and systematic monitoring of soil and water erosion.The system can accurately and efficiently record and storage relevant bits of data,process soil and water conservation monitoring data with informatization,manage soil erosion in real time,realize the coordinated management of soil erosion intensity,vegetation cover,land use,slope and other factors.As follows is the main research contents of this article:(1)First,this article introduces the results and shortcomings of traditional soil and water conservation monitoring data processing methods,combined with the modernization requirement of soil and water conservation monitoring data,a scheme design of soil and water conservation monitoring data distribution system based on Django framework was proposed.(2)On the basis of the above scheme design,the specific description is made from the perspective of the system requirements and the key technical route respectively,moreover,it focuses on in-depth study of system functional requirements,data requirements and business process analysis,and the key technical route is expounded.so as to prepare for the subsequent overall framework design.(3)According to the application requirements of the system and the development environment of the system,the detailed design of the system is made and the realization process is described.Finally,testing the implementation and system performance of each function module,and describing the testing process and method steps.This paper implements the design and development of soil and water conservation monitoring data publishing system based on Django framework.After nearly a year of trial operation,The system has good performance and basically meets the expected requirements.But the interface and some functions of the system need to be further improved.
