Quality Inspection And Evaluation Of Cut Rose In Yunnan And Guangdong And Investigation Cultivation System In Guangdong

As one of the most important production area of cut Rose,Guangdong Province is facing the problem of lacking supervision of quality inspection system and standardization of production system.As a rising star,Yunnan still has some problems despite its high level of production technology and quality management.This inspection conducts a grading test of the cut Rose in Guangdong and Yunnan.At the same time,for the purpose of application,an ornamental evaluation system is established based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).In addition,the survey on cultivation mode of the local growers in Guangzhou has concluded a set of cultivation procedures applicable to the cut Rose in Guangzhou.It turns out:From the overall level of approval rate,the quality of Yunnan Rose is better than that of Guangdong.There aren’t any cut flower batch meeting the first grade in either Guangdong or Yunnan.The quality of the cut product is still to be improved.In all the characters,the best item of Guangdong and Yunnan Rose are both the thickness uniformity and the worst are single branch grades.The rates of flower form,color,straightness,leaf and insect defect are all in the middle of the sorting.The results of flower and stem are superior to that of leaves and pests.Other test items are Yunnan’s lead.Analysing from different sources,the quality of Guangdong cut Rose is gradually decreasing according to the order of large production enterprises,Kunming Rose in flower market and Local Rose in flower market.The rose quality of Yunnan is decremented according to the order of cooperatives,large production enterprises,farmers,medium production enterprises and flower markets.It is analyzed from different colors that white Roses show the best in six kinds of Roses,the color of which is pure.The white series is well behaved,and the appearance situation of other kind of colors is different in Guangdong and Yunnan.Based on the results of sampling inspection in Guangdong and Yunnan provinces,this study establishes the evaluation system of the cut Rose and performs the weight calculation of the ornamental characters of different varieties.The scores of 27 varieties are divided into four grades.Classification level Ⅰ(≥1.8): excellent ornamental value,a total of 6 cultivars;Classification level Ⅱ(1.2≤Ⅱ≤1.8): higher ornamental value,total 8;Classification level Ⅲ(0.6≤Ⅲ≤1.2): general ornamental value,total 10;Classification level Ⅳ(0≤Ⅳ≤0.6): poor ornamental value,total 3.To trace the quality of the cut rose,questionnaire survey was conducted on the production base of the selected roses,and the production mode was investigated.Through the investigation,the cut rose cutting production,management,planting,pruning,cultivation techniques,field management,packing and shipping in Guangzhou area have mastered.The grafting and pruning of cut rose play a key role in the production.The tables about production cycle and work mechanism are completed.
