Technical And Economic Comprehensive Evaluation Of Mountainous Orchard Traction Double Track Transport

With the extensive loss of rural youth labor force and the ris ing cost of labor,the promotion and application of mountain orchard transportation equipment is very important and urgent.Traction double track transport has the characteristics of complex terrain adaptability and high transportation efficiency,and can meet the transport needs of mountain orchards.The research on the comprehensive evaluation of technical and economic of double track transport in our country is still relatively few.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific evaluation system,make a reasonable evaluation of the double track transport,analyze the technical status and benefit level of the double track transport,to provide reference for government departments to make decisions.In this paper,based on the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,this paper takes the demonstration project of citrus production mechanization in Meizhou as an example,and makes an empirical analysis.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The technical characteristics of mountainous orchard traction double tracktransport were analyzed.Based on the comparison and analysis of several commonly used evaluation methods,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was selected,and the content of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the principle of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are studied.(2)Construction of technical and economic comprehensive evaluation index system of double track transport.According to the method of frequenc y statistics,combined with literature research and expert consultation,34 indicators were selected from four aspects: technical feasibility,economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit.Based on the degree of expert evaluation of the primary indexes,clustering and screening of preselection indexes by fuzzy clustering method,the technical and economic comprehensive evaluation index system of double track conveyor is constructed,it consists of four criteria: technical,economic,social,and ecological,and 22 indicators.(3)Establishment of comprehensive evaluation model for technical economy of double track transporter.Quantify qualitative indicators by using the Likert method,Standardize the quantitative indicators by using efficacy function me thod,and the quantitative analysis of quantitative indexes is carried out by a certain interval,use the AHP and Delphi method to determine evaluation index weights,combining with bounded fuzzy synthesis operator for synthesis,and constructing multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.(4)Demonstration analysis of citrus production mechanization demonstration project in Meizhou.The qualitative and quantitative indexes were obtained through field investigation,and the questionnaire was used to evaluate the degree of importance;Based on the AHP calculation,the evaluation factors of the four criteria of technology,economy,society and ecology were 0.424,0.227,0.227,0.122;The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate the model.The hierarchical membership vector of the criterion layer evaluation factor were(0.489,0.291,0.160,0.036,0.024),(0.247,0.476,0.212,0.038,0.027),(0.613,0.302,0.073,0.006,0.006)and(0.455,0.266,0.132,0.147,0.000),the weighted average of the membership vectors is 1.815,2.122,1.490 and 1.957 respectively,The results were "good","good","excellent" and "good ";The overall evaluation of the target layer membership vector is(0.458,0.332,0.149,0.043,0.018),the weighted average value of the membership vectors is1.831,the evaluation results is "good".The results show that the technical feasibility of the dual-track conveyor is high,compared with the traditional artificial fruit delivery method,it has good economic,ecological and social benefits.Based on the background of fruit industry development and agricultural efficiency and farmers' income,dual-track conveyor has a wide application prospect in fruit production in mountain orchard.(5)Based on the analysis of the results of the field investigation of the citrus production mechanization demonstration area in Meizhou C ity and the consultation investigation of Meizhou related agriculture promotion,management department and fruit grower,problems existing in the application of dual track t ransport equipment is analyzed,and put forward the development measures and countermeasures of double rail transporter.
