In recent years,with the accelerated progress of China's urbanization process,demand for water and soil resources grow with each passing day unreasonable artificial exploitation,resulting in some areas of the country situation is worrying the soil and water conservation,causing serious soil erosion,natural disasters rainstorm,landslides and debris flows occur frequently,causing serious harm to the ecological environment,threatening the development of people production and life of the people and the social and economic importance,maintain the social cognitive soil gradually,as an effective means of soil and water conservation supervision and law enforcement work is paid more and more attention.This paper adopts literature research method,empirical analysis method,investigation method and so on,to the domestic and foreign research status of soil and water conservation law enforcement supervision and summarizes the comparison,summarized China's soil and water conservation supervision and law enforcement related concepts,strengthen the supervision of soil and water conservation and fully demonstrate the importance and urgency of the work of law enforcement,especially in Dafeng district of Yancheng city as the research object,the main problems of soil and water conservation supervision and law enforcement are analyzed,and try to study how to maintain their own internal construction in the new situation to strengthen the supervision of law enforcement work through the soil,so as to promote water conservation work to a new level.This paper attempts to study in theory and practice to promote Dafeng district of soil and water conservation project approval,supervision and law enforcement administration according to law and information management level,promote the production of water and soil conservation project supervision and law enforcement on the basis of the existing increasingly standardized system,at the same time,in order to actively explore the problems and countermeasures of maintaining supervision and law enforcement to provide help to the rest region.
