Land And Permanent Basic Farmland Protection In Liaoning Province And Countermeasure Research

Based on the existing research data at home and abroad and the basic national conditions of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland in China,this paper studies the theory and protection measures of cultivated land and basic farmland protection,and takes the cultivated land and permanent basic farmland in Liaoning Province as the research object,on cultivated land and permanent.The basic farmland protection measures have been actually studied.This paper first analyzes the supply and demand of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland on the basis of the basic situation of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland,analyzes the factors affecting the change of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland,and discusses the forecast of the reduction of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland.Targets of destinations and increases;according to population projections and food demand forecasts,determine the target of cultivated land holdings under different food self-sufficiency rates,and propose corresponding countermeasures for the problems and targets in the current arable land and permanent basic farmland utilization.The details are as follows:1.Based on the existing cultivated land conditions,analyze the cultivated land situation and the status of permanent basic farmland in the whole province of Liaoning Province.The analysis includes the quantity and quality of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland.2.Further explore the land production potential,cultivated land supply,and cultivated land demand in Liaoning Province,analyze the whereabouts of cultivated land reduction,and analyze the problems of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland protection in Liaoning Province in recent years.3.Forecast from the perspective of population growth and market demand,and calculate the minimum cultivated land protection area in Liaoning Province.Furthermore,the goal of arable land and permanent basic farmland holdings is proposed.4.Combined with the collected data,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of cultivated land and permanent basic farmland changes in Liaoning Province,and proposes countermeasures.
