The corn grain harvester is the development direction of China's future corn harvest mechanization industry,and the grain unloading device as a key component of the grain harvester has a direct impact on the harvesting quality of its harvester.The efficiency of the grain unloading device will directly affect the working efficiency of the product.Since the models of conveyance are different,the height of unloading has a high direct impact on the applicability of the product.Products with a higher unloading grain are more universal.No secondary crushing is also an important requirement for the unloading device.This topic combines the key issues of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” corn combine harvester and intelligent equipment research and development project,with the 4YL-5 corn grain harvester of Hebei Zhongnong Boyuan Agricultural Equipment Co.,Ltd.as the research object,in order to improve the unloading efficiency and reduce the number of crushing rate.(1)Based on the in-depth study of the grain unloading device and the functional characteristics of the previous model grain unloading device of Hebei Zhongnong Boyuan Agricultural Equipment Co.,Ltd.were combined.In view of the problem of insufficient unloading of grain by the harvester,the triple helix combination was adopted.(2)By studying the working object of the grain unloading device,according to the nature of the grain material of the corn grain,the discrete element method was adopted to analyze the mechanical state of the corn grain in the screw conveying device,and according to the analysis result,the screw conveying was proposed.Device parameters determine the requirements for the helix angle and speed in the process.(3)Based on the virtual prototyping technology,the EDEM analysis software was used to simulate the completely unloading device modeling.Based on the physical characteristics of the corn grain,the movement model of the grain material in the unloading device was established,and the particle radius,loose ratio,sliding friction coefficient,rolling friction coefficient and mooring were determined.Through the analysis results,the movement law of the grain in the grain unloading device was obtained,and the correctness of the grain unloading device model was verified.(4)The conveying efficiency of the grain discharging device and the crushing rate of the grain were verified by prototype test.Ensure that the working efficiency and breaking rate of the grain discharging device met the actual requirements.(5)Finally,based on microelectronics and automatic control technology,the grain container of the grain harvester was automatically designed.When the material in the grain container reaches the designated position,the controller will automatically send a signal to the remote food truck to indicate that the food grain vehicle arrives at the working position in advance to prepare for the unloading operation.When the material in the grain tank is going to reach the top,the control system will alarm on the control panel in the cab to remind the driver to stop in time and prevent the material from overflowing.Makes the practicality of the product further improved,and also laid the foundation for the intelligent research of the product in the future.
