In Qingshuihe ecological public welfare forest in Inner Mongolia as the research object, through to choose sample in the field of monitoring, and combined with relevant data and the measured data, constructed the study area of public welfare forest ecological benefit evaluation index system, and the basic situation of t he ecological public welfare forest, water conservation, carbon sequestration, release oxygen and solid soil functions such as protecting fertilizer efficiency is analyzed, the main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The afforestation model of public welfare forest in Qingshuihe Count y is divided into two types:mixed forest and pure forest. The for mer mainly includes Pinus tabuli for mis Carr.×Ar meniaca sibirica(L.)Lam.Pine(Larix gmelinii(Rupr.)Kuzen.)×Caragana korshinskii Kom.mi xed,Hippophae rha mnoide s L.×Car agana mixed and Populus davidiana×Caragana mixed, etc. The latter oil Pine, larch, sea buckthorn, apricot,Caragana and other pur e forests dominate. The measured results showed that plot 7(Populus davidiana×Caragana korshinskii)had the largest tree volume, which was 83.25 m~3/hm~2;the plot 3 had the l argest average biomass of 143.66 t/hm~2;the No.1 plot(Pinus tabulaeformis)×Apricot)The biomass of herbaceous and litter per unit area was higher,2.25t/hm~2 and 7.07t/hm~2,respectively.The results of one-sampl e T-test showed that there were significant differences in the basic index char acteristics of public wel fare forest under different forest types in Qingshuihe County.(2)The water conservation function of public wel fare forest differs due to the di fferences in soil physical properties. The results of the study indi cate that the average soi l bulk density in t he mixed forest pl ots is generally between 1.38 and 1.42 g/cm~3;the aver age soil t otal porosity is Between42.57%and 44.33%,the measured results of non-mathematical porosity indicate that the water holding capacity of No.1 plot is the stronge st,the average non-capillary porosity is 3.93%,and the average water conservation of public welfare forest per unit area in Qingshui he County is The value is closely related to the type of stand. The overall perfor mance is mixed forest>pure forest>non-forest land, arbor forest>shrubber y.(3)The soil carbon sequestration in all plots ranged from 0.17-67.45t/hm~2,and the indicator carbon sequestration was between 0-63.88 t/hm~2.The No.3 plot(Pinus tabulaefor mi s×Larix×Caragana korshinskii)had the highest carbon fixation, the carbon fixation value was 52851.18 yuan/hm2,the No.10plot(without forest land)had the smallest amount of carbon fixation, and the Oxygen release amount of No.3 plot was The oxygen release values were180.50 t/hm~2 and 72199.68 yuan/hm~2,respectively,which were the highest, while the oxygen release and oxygen release values of the non-forest land were only 0.45 t/hm~2 and 180.88 yuan/hm~2,respectively.(4)The soil erosion modulus of the public-welfare forest plots under each site type is smaller than that of the non-forest lands. The best soil conservation benefit is No.5 plot(larch forest),and the annual solid soil volume reaches 19.08t/hm~2;The best fertilizer effe ct was No.3 plot, and the annual average fertilizer yield per unit area was 13.25g/kg;the worst fertilizer protection function was no forest land, and the aver age annual solid fertilizer amount was only 2.29g/kg;overall,The value of retaining fertilizer in the public welfare forest in Qingshuihe County is higher than that in non-forest lands, indi cating that the i mplementation of the public welfare forest project has made i mportant contributions to maintaining water and soil and maintaining soil nutrients in Qi ngshuihe County.
