The bright color of flower, fruit and leaf is one of the most important quality characteristics of ornamental plants, among which anthocyanin compounds have the greatest influence on the color of plants.Anthocyanins as the most important plant natural pigment, give flowers, fruit, leaves and other organs pink red, red, blue, purple color purple and other colors, show a very wide color,is to determine whether ornamental plants have bright color of the most important and the most important flavonoids pigment. In the study of the important metabolic pathway of plants-flavonoids,it is found that the colorless anthocyanin is the common precursor of the synthesis of anthocyanin, catechin and original. The study on the synthesis pathway of anthocyanins has been relatively clear, and the synthesis routes of catechins and procyanidins have a preliminary understanding, but the relationship between anthocyanin and catechin and procyanidins synthesis pathway and their interaction is not clear at present. In this study, two common ornamental plant rose and camellia were selected.the red and white petals were selected as contrast, and 7 periods and 6 periods were selected as materials according to the different flowering status of rose and camellia.Through the determination of the content of anthocyanin in different color samples, the determination of total phenol, tannin and condensed tannin content, the species and content of catechin monomer in petals were analyzed, and the activity of PPO and pod related to the degradation degradation enzyme was determined. The main findings are as follows:(1)Anthocyanin in rose and camellia, total phenol, tannin and proanthocyanidins content, the red flowers are higher than white flowers. The related genes CHI,CHS,DFR,ANS,ANR and LA R,which were synthesized by anthocyanin and catechin, and the gene expression of MYB transcription factors associated with anthocyanin biosynthesis and catechin biosynthesis were also red higher than white. It is shown that there is no competitive relationship between catechin synthesis and anthocyanin biosynthesis.(2)The kinds and contents of catechin in rose and camellia were detected by HPLC-MS,and the catechin monomer in rose contains C,GCG and EC G.The catechins in camellia are C,EC and EGC G.The existence of catechin dimer was also detected in the petals of camellia sinensis.(3)The PPO,POD enzyme extracted from rose was tested byNative-PAGE,and reacted with 4-methyl and guaiacol to produce a yellow tan band, and the white petal was darker. In summary, the existence of condensed tannin and catechins in plant tissue may have an important effect on the content and coloration of anthocyanin, and thus affect the color formation of ornamental plants.
