The Introduction And Screening For New Varieties Of Flue-cured Tobacco In Meizhou Tobacco Area

In this study,the new varieties(lines)of FJ312,F31-2,NX0914,LG125,YK1304,YK1085,HY2 and Xiangyan 6 were introduced and the main cultivars of Meizhou tobacco area were introduced in the ecological environment of Meizhou Tobacco Region.comparing.The flue-cured tobacco varieties(lines)cultivated in Meizhou tobacco-growing areas were screened out b y fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the selected varieties of flue-cured tobacco(lines)were screened out.A wide range of field demonstrations.The results are as follows.1.The ecological adaptability of different flue-cured tobacco varieties(lines)in Meizhou tobacco-growing areas under different ecological conditions was different.In the introduction of flue-cured tobacco varieties(strains),the best performance of F31-2,followed by YK1085.The results showed that F31-2 and YK1085 had significant effects on the growth and development of tobacco mosaic virus,And the yield and yield of F31-2 were better than that of Yunyan 87.The content of F31-2 nicotine in the chemical composition of F31-2 was lower than that of Yunyan 87,F31-2 and YK1085 chemical composition content in the appropriate range,good coordination.Other varieties of new varieties of flue-cured tobacco were not as good as Yunyan 87,YK1304,NX0914,Xiangyan 6,HY2 poor disease resistance,yield,output value were lower than Yunyan 87;FJ312 mature bacterial wilt;LG125 common tobacco Serious illness,total sugar content is high.2.through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,screening out two excellent flue-cured tobacco lines F31-2,YK1085 for field production de monstration verification.In the field experiment,the economic traits and agronomic traits of F31-2 and YK1085 were better than that of Yunyan 87,and the internal chemical composition was more harmonious.F31-2 in the agronomic traits as many as 22 leaves,stem 10.63 cm,YK1085 leaves more than 87 more than the control cloud;in addition to the appearance of quality,FJ312 color orange,but the color is weak,high maturity YK1035 color orange,color,high maturity,moderate identity,leaf structure loose,oil foot;sensory quality FJ312,the larger momentum,the concentration is thicker,the aroma than the more Good,the amount of aroma than enough,there is little miscellaneous gas,irritating,eating micro-uncomfortable,compared with Yunyan 87 suction evaluation results slightly worse,YK1035 evaluation results compared with Yunyan 87 aroma more foot,Good,good burning,big momentum,overall YK1085 slightly better than Yunyan 87.3.through the introduction of new varieties of flue-cured tobacco(strain)and screening test and field validation test,integrated field growth,disease resistance,economic traits and tobacco quality,that flue-cured tobacco YK1085 can be in Meizhou tobacco area for small-scale cultivation,Cultivation techniques to improve the quality of YK1085 tobacco.
