In Hunan Agricultural University(1), South Central Agricultural Experiment Station of china tobacco company(6), Yongzhou Tobacco Science Research Institute(3), Chenzhou Tobacco Science Research Institute (2) and Hunan tobacco industry limited liability company(7) found in19flue-cured tobacco varieties as experimental material, K326as control, On the economic characters of Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties with different, raw tobacco appearance quality, physical properties, chemical composition of tobacco leaf were studied, the use of the materials of the weighting method to evaluate the comprehensive quality, and the results show that:1. Economic comparison of yield traits, from the perspective to V3the highest yield, achieve2663.7kg/hm2; V1, V6, V7, V10, V16, V19, V20, V13, V15were higher than in the control V12, From the production perspective, variation in the range of24493.8yuan/hm2-37824.3/hm2, V16, V13, V7highest output value; V6, V15, V14, V10, V20, V18higher than that of the control V12; The testing varieties on the proportion of medium to V8was highest (83.96%), followed by V20(83.2%) and V10(82.64%), on the proportion of medium V9minimum only39.3%, and yield (1918.0kg/hm2), production (24493.8yuan) a minimum.2. In different flue cured tobacco germplasm raw tobacco appearance quality difference, from the whole of the flue cured tobacco germplasm color as orange or lemon yellow, score higher, better leaf maturity, loose structure, identity medium, oil and chroma of slightly. Raw tobacco appearance quality index from big to small order is V18> V15> V8> V12>V7> V4>V2> V10>V9> V5>V14> V6>V11>V16>V3> V1> V17> V19> V13> V20, V18the highest, reaching8.709; V20minimum only7.599, The difference between germplasm larger extent, differences are relatively obvious, the varieties V18, V15and V8higher than those of control V12(8.598).3. Physical properties of different flue-cured tobacco varieties quality difference, the material overall tension in comparison to the suitable range, leaf quality overall emphasis, equilibrium moisture content more appropriate range on the low side, stem content in terms of overall higher; Physical properties of different flue-cured tobacco varieties scoring the material between a large range of variability, the difference is obvious,50.04-79.02, V6to the highest final score, V16eventually scored lowest, V7(70.72), V10(71.63) and V8(77.47) final score above70points, the physical characteristics of performance better, V16and V17(50.13) physical characteristics of low scores, the poor performance. V6, V8, V10, V7, V3higher than that of the control V12(66.55).4. Different chemical composition diversity within germplasm flue-cured tobacco, inner chemical composition, reducing large extent of variation, and the general content is more appropriate in most, within the scope of nicotine overall content is higher, total nitrogen content is appropriate in general, tobacco potassium content is a bit low, nitrogen than, sugar than alkali chlorine alkali and potassium than tobacco in coordination in appropriate value most range. Through the chemical composition usability index comparison, material variation between larger extent, the difference is obvious, with maximum V4,91.6points, the lowest scores V20for67.1points. Only from the chemical composition of coordination to see V4, V6(90.0points) and V10s (90.0) overall score higher, V7(75.2), V19(85.3) and V20after seed in the three, overall score is low, inner quality compared with other material is poor, except the V2, V4, V9V18V20than controls, and V12(81.9) outside, other chemical composition of materials of the usability index are higher than the control.5. In different flue cured tobacco germplasm quality comprehensive evaluation analysis of flue-cured tobacco quality evaluation index in the top three were V6, V8and V11materials, integrated quality is better, the material between a large range of variability, the three is the V17(52.71), V18(51.20) and V20(48.38), poor comprehensive quality evaluation; Where V6, V8(63.43), V10(62.05), V4(59.85), V14(58.88),V15(58.12), V5(57.34) comprehensive quality score is higher than that of control V12(51.09); the quality of flue-cured tobacco in several aspects of the overall evaluation and analysis, found the material of V6, V8and V11comprehensive quality ranking is better, can serve as a reference for further varieties test, validation, breeding fine varieties as materials, at the same time, V17, V18and V20comprehensive evaluation score is low, compared to other materials of poor quality, can be considered to be eliminated.
