Oxidative stress is a common state of piglets,as well as one of heavy losses of livestock production. The purpose of this experiment was to study the protective effects and intervention mechanism of oxidative stress piglets that orally administrated by Lactobacillus delbrueckii, then to provided a suggestion about professional date of Lactobacillus applied in Intestinal health function.Ten litters piglets with similar calving date, parity and litter size about 7-12,were adjusted litter number to ten.Every litter was divided between control group and experimental group at random. The control groups were administrated with normal saline, the experimental groups were change to Lactobacillus delbrueckii. Each piglet was orally administrated with 1,2,3and 4ml probiotics or normal saline at the birth age of 1,3,7 and 14 d.On 21 d,six piglets of control group and six piglets of experimental group were slaughtered and collected blood. At the age of 21 days,30 piglets from control group, healthy and similar weight, were allotted into six replicates, five piglets per replicate. The 30 piglets from experimental group were disposed as well. All the 60 piglets were fed same daily ration. One piglet from each replicates of control groups and experimental groups was slaughtered and collected blood on 28 d and 49 d respectively. The results showed as follows:1)During the 0-21 d,the average weaning weight and average daily gain in experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);During the 21-28 d.no significant difference was noticed in growth performance between control groups and experimental groups(P>0.05);During the 28-49 d,the weight and average daily gain of piglets administrated with probiotics was significantly increased(P<0.05);and the diarrhoea rate was significantly decreased(P<0.01).2)On 21 d and 28 d,The content of Urea in experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05);on 49 d,the activities of AST was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the activities of ALP in serum were significantly higher than those in control group. There were no significant differences in the content of COR and NE between control groups and experimental groups(P>0.05).3)On 21 d,the activity of T-AOC in serum was significantly increased(P<0.05),And for the activity of GSH-Px in serum, liver and jejunum were significantly improved(P<0.05),while the MDA content in serum was significantly reduced(P<0.05);on 28 d,the activity of T-AOC in ileum was significantly increased(P<0.05),And for the activity of GSH-Px in serum, liver and jejunum were significantly improved(P<0.05),while the MDA content in liver and ileum were significantly reduced(P<0.05);on 49 d,the activity of GSH-Px in serum, liver and jejunum were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the MDA content in serum was significantly reduced(P<0.01).On 49 d,the content of ROS in the jejunum mucosa of piglets were decreased by 18.96%(P<0.05).4)On 21 d,the villus height in the jejunum and ileum were increased(P<0.05),the ratio of villus height to crypt depth in the ileumwere significantly increased(P<0.05);on 28 d,the villus height of jejunum and ileum were significantly increased(P<0.05),the ratio of villus height to crypt depthileal villus in the ileum were increased significantly(P<0.05).5)On 21 d,the mRNA abundance of ZO-1 and Occludin in jejunum significantly increased(P<0.05),and increased the mRNA abundance of Occludin in ileum(P<0.05).On 28 d,the mRNA abundance of ZO-1 and Occludin in jejunum significantly increased(P<0.05).The abundance of ZO-1 was significantly increased on 49d(P<0.05).In conclusion, the conclusions are as follows:1)Suckling piglets, orally administrated by Lactobacillus delbrueckii, can alleviate the stress status of piglets, improve the antioxidant function of intestinal tract, regulate the antioxidant capacity of the body, and promote the growth of piglets.2)Suckling piglets, orally administrated by Lactobacillus delbrueckii, can alleviate the oxidative stress status of weaning piglets, improve the structure and function of the intestine, and improve the growth status of weaning piglets.
