In order to explore the coupling mechanism of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis,Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng which are pillar industry and its soil environment in the rocky desertification area, and the scores of soil environmental quality of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis,Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng.Aiming to restore the soil environment in rocky desertification area, the regulating technology of soil improvement should be carried out. Thus,in Guizhou Plateau Mountain areas, which represent the global structure of karst ecological environment in Southern China, this article selects Zhenfeng Beipanjiang middle-strength rock desertification treatment demonstration area as study areas, which has typical karst landscape and rich research experience in rocky desertification treatment and restoration areas. The technical route combining macro and micro was adopted.Multi-element,multi-process and multi-scale were regarded as a research method.Continuous positioning observation and data acquisition in 18 sample plots for 3 times in 2017.546 samples,24 indexes and 6516 data were analyzed and researched systematically according to physical geography and resource botany.Based on soil environment condition of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis,Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng planting areas in different microgeomorphological types and soil and water conservation engineering measures in karst areas, the coupling relationship between the quality of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis,Lo--nicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng and soil environment was studied. In karst valley, ditches and terracing slope cropland, the quality characteristics and status of soil quality scores of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.Dingtanensis Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng were quantitative analyzed.Soil improvement and regulation strategies of karst valley, ditches and terracing slope cropland were proposed.i)Soil bulk density, soil total porosity, soil capillary water holding capacity, organic matter, total nitrogen, hydrolysable nitrogen, total potassium, available potassium, total phosphorus, available phosphorus content of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis,Lonicera fulvotomensa Hsu et S.C.Cheng.Planting areas all followed the order: terracing slope cropland< ditches < karst valley, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Field moisture capacity of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis and Lonicera fulvotomensa Hsu et S.C.Cheng both followed the order: ditches < terracing slope cropland < karst valley. The difference was also significant(P<0.05).The soil of karst valley and ditches comes from the mixture of soil and water carried by soil erosion from sloping farmland, and the soil is also from dissolution of soluble rock by water, the nutrient content is very high.Soil volume and nutrient content in karst valley are higher than that in ditches, soil nutrient factors have been lost due to surface runoff erosion in terracing slope cropland.ii)Linalool content(72.880-81.948 %),Limonene content(2.991-3.429 %),Terpene content(1.664-2.883%),index of fruit and its shape of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis(0.606-0.805),thousand-grain weight(51.28-71.032 g),the number of fruit cluster and fruit kernels, density of fruit cluster from branch, the content of Crude protein(7.262-10.342 %),Chlorogenic acid of Lonicera fulvotomensa Hsu et S.C.Cheng(2.571-4.362%),Luteolin(0.047-0.055 %),Flavone(9.733-10.712 %)and Rutin(0.028-0.035 %)all followed the order: terracing slope cropland< ditches< karst valley. The reason is that soil volume and nutrient content of karst valley are the highest in study areas, soil volume of ditches is small, although the soil nutrient factors content in per unit area of ditches is high, the total amount of nutrients in the soil cannot completely satisfy the need of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis and Lonicera fulvotomensa Hsu et S.C.Cheng.Although soil nutrient content in per unit area of terracing slope cropland is not high, soil volume is larger than ditches, and the total amount of soil nutrients in terracing slope cropland is higher than ditches.iii)Soil organic matter content,Potassium content,Phosphorus content,Nitrogen content and soil capillary water holding capacity were significantly correlated with quality of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.Dingtanensis(P<0.05).Soil field moisture capacity, capillary water holding capacity,Nitrogen content,Phosphorus content and Potassium content were significantly correlated with quality of Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng.The soil organic matter content, total nitrogen content, bulk density, capillary water holding capacity and total porosity were significantly correlated with most of the soil environmental indexes and some fruit quality indexes(P<0.05).The results show that the above soil environmental indexes play an important role in soil nutrient cycling, the exchange process between soil and external environment, and the promotion of plant growth and development, soil nutrient factors are absorbed by branches of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis,Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng and other organs, thus the fruiting rate and quality status of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis and Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng were effected.iv)In terracing slope cropland, soil quality of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.Dingtanensis(0.682)is higher than Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng(0.437).In ditches,Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.Dingtanensis(0.781)is higher than Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng(0.632).In karst valley,Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.Dingtanensis(0.81)is higher than Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng(0.741).It shows that soil quality of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis is higher than Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng in above three landforms. The reason is that the leaves of Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis is more than Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng in winter, the litter of deciduous crops is an important source of soil nutrients after decomposition. The nutrient intake of Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng soil is less than Zanthoxyhum planispinum var.dingtanensis field,so the chemical index of soil is decline. In addition, the correlation between most physical indicators and chemical indicators of soil is significant. Therefore, physical index of soil is also affected, and soil quality of Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et S.C.Cheng is lower.
