Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Original Breed Of Silkworm In Guangxi Wuming

Guangxi Sericulture Technology Extension Station is responsible for the production and supply of the original silkworm species in the whole region of Guangxi.The breeding technology of the original species is great significance to the development in Guangxi.In 2012,Wuming Base,the new original breeding,was completed and put into production.The new silkworm breeding model was put into practice in Wuming Base.On the basis of summarizing the existing techniques and methods of silkworm breeding,paper summarizes the related technical problems and deficiencies,and puts forward method of breeding the original silkworm species,in order to provide help for the breeding technology innovation of Guangxi silkworm original species and the healthy development of Guangxi sericulture.The problems of silkworm original seed base of Wuming in Guangxi are follows: the technical process of original seed breeding is cumbersome and the manpower and material resources are large;the technical requirements of sericulture seed production are high;the silkworm appliance is old;the diseases and insect pests in mulberry garden are serious and the quality of mulberry leaves is uneven,new technology update and implementation is not in place;production management is more chaotic,etc.These problems have a hindrance to the cost,production and efficiency of the production,which will affect the long-term development of the whole sericulture.Aiming at the production problems and combining with the improved effect of production practice,this paper provide some suggestions: reform the disinfection and seed production technology,simplify the operation or change the mode to achieve efficiency,adapt to local conditions,adjust management;promote the rearing instrument and eliminate the old ones,carry out the training of new silkworm rearing instrument,effectively assist production and reduce the cost;formulate strict technical regulations and requirements,improve the system of management regulations,implement production and improve management efficiency;distribute t he planting of mulberry garden reasonably,prevent insects and diseases combining with local characteristics to provide high quality mulberry leaves.There are many problems in the production practice.To complete the improvement of various problems,we need to continue to innovate and practice.
