There are a large number of mutton sheep in China, but most of them are some local varieties with poor palatability and low meat production rate.In the production practice,it is necessary to use excellent meat sheep breeds for hybridization improvement. At present, there are many researches on the improvement of hybridization of imported sheep and local sheep, but there has not been any report on the comprehensive adaptation of several introduced meat sheep breeds in the Central Plains. In order to select exotic sheep breeds suitable for the Central Plains,we will seek suitable varieties to improve the meat sheep in the Central Plains.Choose the imported purebred sheep and the purebred purebred sheep Dubo sheep,Baitou Suffolk,Blackhead Suffolk,Hornless Sate sheep,Australian White Sheep and Lake Sheep(control group)and self-propagated purebred Sheep, observational studies were conducted under the same feeding and management conditions.Using observation, test and comprehensive analysis methods, the meat sheep breeds introduced from Australia,Dubo sheep,Suffolk sheep,white-headed Suffolk sheep, hornless road sheep,Australian white sheep and self-bred purebred sheep Study on reproductive performance, physiological condition, growth and development, physiological and biochemical, disease resistance, laparoscopic insemination rate, superovulation and embryo acquisition, etc.,to explore Dubo sheep,Suffolk sheep,white-headed Suffolk sheep, and no angle The comprehensive adaptability of Sate sheep and Australian white sheep in the Central Plains region. The main findings are as follows:1 Analysis of reproductive performance of different varieties:(1)Semen quality analysis of different varieties:The minimum ejaculation of Dubo sheep was significantly lower than that of other varieties except Australian white. The difference in ejaculation between Dubo sheep and Australian white sheep was significant(p<0.05).Suffolk ejaculation The highest amount. The sperm motility of each breed was not significantly different(p>0.05)and the sperm motility was very good. The sperm density of Suffolk sheep was the highest.and the sperm density of other varieties was not significant(p>0.05).The sperm deformity rate of Dubo sheep and Australian white sheep was the lowest and the difference was not significant(p>0.05).(2)Analysis of reproductive rate index of different breeds:There was a significant difference in the total number of lambs among different breeds(p<0.01);other breeds of sheep were significantly lower than the total litters(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the number of live lambs between the varieties(p<0.01).The number of live lambs in Hu sheep was significantly higher than that in other breeds(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of live lambs between other breeds(p>0.05).The survival rate of the newborn lambs of Dubo sheep was the highest, which was significantly higher than other varieties(p<0.05).Lake sheep were significantly lower than other sheep(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of double lambs between Hu sheep and Baisafok and Dubo sheep(p>0.05),but significantly higher than that of Dorset and Suffolk sheep(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of double lambs between the three lambs and the white Suffolk and Dubo sheep(p>0.05),but significantly higher than the Dorset and Suffolk sheep(p<0.05).The four-breasted lake sheep were significantly higher than the other sheep except the white Suffolk(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the five lambs(p<0.05).2 Analysis of growth and development indicators of different varieties:(1)Analysis of birth weight of different breeds of lambs:There was no significant difference in the weight of white Suffolk and Suffolk lambs(p>0.05),but both were significantly higher than Dowset sheep and other sheep(p<0.05).The different types of lambs were all heavy white Suffolk sheep, and the difference in birth weight between single lamb, double lamb and three lambs was not significant(p>0.05).The primary weight of the Dasset sheep, single lamb and double lamb is 42.58%and 24.11%higher than that of the three lambs respectively(p>0.05).For the Suffolk sheep, the birth weight of the single lamb is 12.97%and 31.71%higher than that of the double lamb and the three lamb respectively. The birth weight of the double lamb is 16.59%higher than that of the three lambs. In the Dubo sheep, the single birth weight of the single lamb is 11.22%and 38.18%higher than that of the double lamb and the three lamb respectively. The birth weight of the double lamb is 26.06%higher than that of the three lambs. In the lake sheep, the birth weight of the single lamb is 17.45%,37.66%,and 48.77%higher than that of the double lamb, the third lamb, and the fourth lamb respectively. The birth weight of the double lamb is 17.21%,26.67%higher than that of the three lambs and four lambs. There was no significant difference in the weight of the lambs(p>0.05).(2)Analysis of weaning weight of different breeds of lambs:The average weaning weight of male and female Iambs of Baisafok,Dossett,Suffolk,Dubo and Huyang were 17.20±2.51(n=94)and 20.15±,respectively.2.78(n=96),16.07±2.54(n=175),16.78±3.44(n=539),12.67±2.91(n=617)kg,the overall difference was extremely significant(F=129.64,p<0.01).There was a significant difference in weaning weight between lambs of different lamb types(F=28.14,P<0.01).The weaning weights of single lambs, double lambs, and lambs born in three lambs were 17.28±3.39(n=572),15.96±3.55(n=759),and 14.26±2.99(n=22),respectively.It was 8.27%and 21.18%higher than the double and third Iambs respectively(p<0.01),and the weaning weight of the lambs born in the two lambs was 11.92%higher than that of the three lambs(p<0.05).(3)Analysis of birth weights of different sexes:The average body weight of the male lambs of Baisafok,Dossett,Suffolk,Dubo and Huyang was 5.400±0.95(n=56)and 5.42±0.77,respectively.=54),5.32±0.94(n=92),4.99±0.67(n=243),4.63±0.53(n=134)kg,the overall difference was extremely significant(F=2.63,p<0.01).Huyang Ram had the lowest initial weight, which was significantly lower than other varieties(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the birth weight of the white Suffolk sheep, single lamb, double lamb and three lambs(p>0.05).The average body weights of the white Suffolk,Dasset,Suffolk,Dubo, and Huyang were 5.26±0.93(n=66),5.00±0.72(n=74),and 5.11±0.74,respectively.=85),4.81±0.65(n=231),4.46±0.76(n=100)kg,the overall difference was extremely significant(F=15.83,p<0.01).(4)Analysis of different sexes weaning:The overall weight difference of
