Prunus besseyi is a deciduous shrub of the genus Prunus in Rosaceae, which is wind-resistant,drought-resistant and adaptable. It is also a kind of plant that can be used to observe flowers and fruits, and is often used as a desert greening tree.In this experiment, two breeding methods of direct organ and indirect organs were developed to study the rapid propagation system of Prunus besseyi. The findings are as follows:1.The results showed that 75%ethanol was used to sterilize the annual stem segments for 30s and then disinfected with 0.1%mercuric chloride for 12 min,the mortality rate of the pollution rate is lower than that of the lowest value respectively was18.3%and 63.3%.the highest survival rate was 63.3%.The best basic medium for MS medium,Prunus besseyimultiple shoots induction hormone combination is:NAA 0.2mg/L+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+GA3 0.5 mg/L,the plant cytokin in effect of 6-BA is better than ZT and KT.The best hormonal combination of multiple shootsproliferation was6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+GA3 0.5 mg/L.An average of 11.6 adventitious buds per plant.2.The results showed that the best hormone combination of callus induction was:6-BA 1.5 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L.The best hormone combination for callus proliferation was 6-BA 2.0 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L,and the proliferation rate was 77.4%.The best combination of callus differentiation hormone:6-BA 1.5 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L,The rate of differentiation up to 82.6%.3.The results of inducing rooting of aseptic seedlings of Prunus besseyi were as follows:when the concentration of IBA was 0.9 mg/L,the rooting rate of aseptic seedlings was 94.8%.The data showed that the aseptic seedlings of Prunus besseyi needed auxin stimulation to complete rooting.4.The results showed that the mixture of peat soil, vermiculite and perlite at 5:3:1ratio was more suitable for the growth of germless seedlings in Prunus besseyi. The survival rate was up to 83.3%.5.The results of the whole experiment showed that callus induction from annual stem segments was the best way to establish the rapid propagation system of Prunus besseyi...
