It is a effective measure to restore and reconstruct the degraded grassland vegetation by spraying the herbage seeds by the pneumatic spraying machine.However,the sprayed seed germination and seedling rate are low due to the failure of the spraying seed to cover the soil.In order to solve this problem and improve the effectiveness of spray seeding,seed coating is needed.In view of the problems of small,light,irregular,small,irregular and irregular pellet coating equipment,pellet quality and low pellet efficiency,a kind of herbage seed pellet coating machine with vibration and rotation is designed.The optimum package is determined by changing the speed,inclination angle and vibration frequency of the coating.The coating parameters were combined to granulate the seeds after pre wetting so as to increase the qualified rate of pellet coating.The simulation model was established by using discrete element simulation software EDEM,and the effects of vibration frequency,tilt angle and speed of coating pot on the movement track of forage population were analyzed.The simulation results show that when the rotation speed is 52r/min,the inclination angle is 44 degrees,the vibration frequency is 20 Hz,and the amplitude is 0.02 mm,the forage population movement trajectory is the best.With the prototype of the pelletizing coating machine developed,the orthogonal test of 5 levels of 3 factors(the vibration frequency of the coating pan,the rotating speed of the coating pan and the inclination angle of the coating pot)was designed.Through the analysis of the 4 indexes,such as the compressive strength,the seed rate,the single seed rate and the qualified rate of the pellets,the working parameters of the granulation coating of the herbage seed pill were optimized and the test was tested.The results show that the vibration frequency is the main factor affecting the compressive strength and the single seed rate,and the rotational speed is the main factor affecting the seed rate,and the inclination is the main factor affecting the qualified rate of the pellets.The optimal working parameter level is 52r/min,the inclination angle is 44 degrees,and the vibration frequency is 20 Hz.
