China is a large breeding country in the world.Feed is the foundation of the aquaculture industry.Feed production needs to go through the processes of impurity removal,crushing,ingredient metering,mixing,heat treatment,molding,etc.Among them,the feed produced by the granulation molding processing method has the advantages of avoiding animal picky eating,high rate of return,good fluidity,and easy management,but The pellet feed produced by this processing method is prone to practical problems of loss of nutrients and lower quality due to self-pulverization during transportation.Due to the lack of effective detection methods and devices for the pulverization rate of pelletized feeds,the evaluation and control of the pulverization degree of pellet feeds by feed factories are mostly based on empirical judgments.Therefore,humans often cannot accurately evaluate the quality of pellet feeds produced.It is difficult to formulate control measures for powdering rate in time for unqualified pellet feed products.Aiming at the above-mentioned problems,this paper has carried out the design and experimental research of the pellet feed powdering rate detection device,and proposed a multi-box combined pellet feed detection device and related detection methods.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on the test of the mechanical physical characteristics of the pelletized pellet feed is carried out.Taking the feeds for laying ducks,sows and breams produced by the pelleting process in the feed factory as the research object,the texture analyzer and its bench test method were used to determine the particle geometry,density,hardness,and elasticity of the three pelleted feeds.Constitutive parameters such as modulus and shear modulus,as well as some contact parameters(the coefficient of static friction between particles and the coefficient of recovery between particles and steel plates)were measured.(2)The design and analysis of the detection device for pellet feed powdering rate was completed.In accordance with the requirements for testing the powdering rate of pelletized pellets,combined with the physical and mechanical characteristics of pellets,the motion analysis and dynamic analysis of feed pellets in the revolving box were carried out,and the structure,volume,and guide angle of the revolving box were determined.The key structural parameters,by analyzing the extreme motion state of the particles in the revolving box,it is preliminarily determined that the speed range when the particles can produce friction and collision motion effects in the box at the same time is30r/min-90r/min.(3)EDEM-based pellet feed parameter calibration and exercise process are researched and analyzed.The mechanical physical characteristic parameters of pellet feed measured in the previous article are used as basic data.The static friction coefficient between particles,the rolling friction system between particles,and the recovery coefficient of particle-particle collisions are indirectly calibrated through the EDEM simulation accumulation angle method.The calibration value of laying duck feed is 0.52,0.11,0.36,the calibration value of sow feed is 0.52,0.11,0.34,and the calibration value of bream feed is 0.54,0.12,0.35.Combined with the calibration parameters,the movement process of pellet feed in the revolving box was simulated and analyzed,and a bench test was carried out to verify the simulation results.The results showed that when the revolving box speed is 50r/min-70r/min,the simulation can be more accurate The actual pulverization process during actual transportation.(4)Completed the construction of the prediction model for the powdering rate of pellet feed under different transportation mileage.Sampling and analysis of the powdering rate of the pelletized feed produced by Wuhan Guoxiong Feed Technology Co,Ltd.under different transportation mileages has clarified the functional relationship between the transportation mileage and the rotating box speed and time.The functional relationship can be determined to simulate different transportation.In the case of mileage powdering rate,the powdering rate detection device can effectively predict the actual powdering rate corresponding to the speed and time parameters that need to be set,so as to provide theoretical basis data for the quality inspection of pelleted feed produced by the feed factory.
