?purpose?As a new type of liquid organic fertilizer,organic fertilizer extract has broad application prospects.This paper studied the effects of different extractants on the nutrient of organic fertilizer extracts,as well as the screening of different organic fertilizer extracts through the cotton pot simulation experiment,and the estimation of the amount of fertilizers.Finally,the field experiment was conducted on drip irrigation cotton.A variety of organic fertilizer extracts were used to test different amounts of fertilizer to verify the effect of organic fertilizer extract replacing part of chemical fertilizers on soil nutrient activation and plant nutrient absorption and utilization efficiency,and to provide theoretical basis for drip fertigation in the field.?method?In this study,chicken manure organic fertilizer was extracted with nitric acid and phosphoric acid of different p H,and the effect of different extraction conditions on the nutrient content of the extract was studied.In addition,a field experiment was conducted combining organic fertilizer extracts with chemical fertilizers to study the effects of organic substitution on cotton growth,fertilizer use efficiency,and soil nutrient activation.?Main results?1.Phosphoric acid and nitric acid with different p H have different effects on nutrient and organic matter content of organic fertilizer extract The results showed that the p H of the extractant had a great influence on the nutrient content of the organic fertilizer extract.With the increase of the p H of the extractant,the p H of the extract solution increased,and the organic matter changed in the same direction.Nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium show a decreasing trend.At the same p H,the p H of the phosphate organic fertilizer extract solution was lower,the organic matter content was higher,and the total potassium content was lower;the total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents of the extract were the highest among the organic fertilizer extracts of nitric acid and the phosphate organic fertilizer extract.In summary,the organic matter of the phosphate organic fertilizer extract has a high content of available potassium,a low p H,and a better leaching effect.2.Different acidic organic fertilizer extracts have different effects on the growth of potted cotton In this study,using potted cotton to study the application of acidic organic fertilizer extract,both reduced the soil p H and increased the soil nutrient content,the soil p H decreased with the p H of the extractant decreased,and the decrease in p H of the soil by phosphoric acid was greater than that of nitric acid.Simulating drip irrigation in potted cotton fields in Xinjiang,applying organic fertilizer extracts,increased soil nutrient content and decreased soil p H.The application of organic fertilizer extracts also increased the dry matter accumulation of cotton.Phosphoric acid and nitric acid leaching organic fertilizers with a p H of 1 have a good effect on improving soil fertility: the main effect of improving soil nutrients is the extraction of organic fertilizers rather than extractant,especially the increase of soil available potassium content was obvious.Among the extractors with different p H,the organic fertilizer extract with p H 1 had the best effect on soil fertility and cotton growth.When the extractant p H was 1,the extracts of organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer were extracted.Compared with nitric acid organic fertilizer extract,Phosphoric acid organic fertilizer extract has a better effect on reducing soil p H,increasing soil nutrient content and promoting cotton growth.3.Substitution of organic fertilizer extracts for some chemical fertilizers has a positive effect on soil nutrient activation and plant nutrient uptake Some fertilizers were replaced by organic fertilizer extracts was applied to the cotton fields through the drip irrigation.Effects of soil nutrients and nutrient absorption and utilization by cotton under different fertilization conditions were studied.The study found that: With the same amount of fertilizer,the effect of phosphate organic fertilizer extract on the increase of soil organic matter is greater than that of nitric organic fertilizer extract.Each of the equal amount of organic fertilizer extract is 7.38%-8.16% higher than its corresponding extractant.When the same amount of fertilizer is applied,the effect of the phosphorus acid organic fertilizer extract is better than that of the nitric organic fertilizer extract.The PFP and AUE of nitrogen fertilizer were higher when the replacement amount of phosphate fertilizer was 1/3 and 2/3 during the flowering and boll-opening stage.However,there was no significant difference in the use of organic fertilizer extracts and single application of organic fertilizer extractants,indicating that increasing soil organic matter and reducing soil p H can increase the effect of soil on the storage of alkaline dissolved nitrogen,but which is dominant factors have not be studied yet.Phosphoric acid organic fertilizer extract and phosphoric acid solution with lower p H increased the available phosphorus content of soil and the nutrient utilization of phosphorus.The change of soil available potassium content in soil with distance is different from other nutrients.As the distance from the dripper increases,the soil available potassium is positively correlated with organic matter and negatively related with p H.Therefore,Phosphorus organic fertilizer extracts improved the utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus when there are both factors.Organic matter,alkaline nitrogen,and available phosphorus were all affected by the fertilization in0-30 cm horizontal and 0-60 cm vertical soils.The organic matter and acid contained in the soil had different degrees of activation and retention of potassium,and phosphate organic fertilizer extract was better than nitric acid organic fertilizer extract.Among them,the nutrient utilization efficiency is the highest when organic fertilizers replace 2/3 of phosphorus.?Conclusion?:1.The total nitrogen content in the nitric organic fertilizer extract with p H 1 was higher;The p H and organic matter content of the phosphorus organic fertilizer extract was lower,total potassium and total phosphorus was highest in the phosphorus organic fertilizer extract with p H 1.It is a better way to make the organic fertilizer extract.2.Phosphoric acid organic fertilizer extract had a better effect on reducing soil p H,increasing soil nutrient content and promoting cotton growth compared with nitric acid organic fertilizer extract.3.Substitution of organic fertilizer extracts for part of the fertilizers increased soil organic matter content and nutrients,and improved the utilization of nutrients by cotton,activated soil nutrients;The nutrient partial productivity and nutrient agronomy use efficiency was highest when organic fertilizers replace 2/3 of phosphorus.
