In this study, maize was used as test material, and field-plot experiment with two factors was conducted.Four levels of organic fertilizer were designed:no organic fertilizer,1500 kg/hm2,3000 kg/hm2,4500 kg/hm2.Nitrogen fertilizer was applied at five levels:no nitrogen fertilizer,75 kg/hm2,150 kg/hm2,225 kg/hm2 and 300 kg/hm2.A total of 20 treatments were combined with organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer.Growth indices(plant height, stem diameter, biology)of maize were determined.Quantity and dry matter, yield, plant nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, soil nutrients, etc.were used to study the elfects of organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer on Maize morphological grovth, physiological index, growth index and sandy soil nutrients under drip irrigation conditions,so as to determine the reasonable organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer treatment for maize growth and soil fertility improvement, and to provide theoretical and technical reference for loeal maize formula fertilization. The results show that:1.The soil organic matter content in 20-40 cm soil layer was significantly higher than that in 0-20 cm soil layer;the average soil total nitrogen content decreased first and then increased with the increase of organic fertilizer application;the total phosphorus content in 0-20 cm soil layer was only 0.21 g/kg lower than that in 20-40 cm soil layer, which fluctuated in an S-shaped curve as a whole;the most mineral nitrogen content in soil was organic fertilizer 3000 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer 225 kg/hm2.The lowest mineral nitrogen content in soil was organic fertilizer 4500 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer 150 kg/hm2 treatment;the most available phosphorus content in soil was at jointing stage;the available potassium content in the field was higher as a whole, especially in corn trumpet stage, the potassium content reached 400 mg/kg.2.The highest plant height of maize was 4500 kg/hm2 of organic fertilizer and 300 kg/hm2 of nitrogen fertilizer;the thickest stalk diameter of maize was 1500 kg/hm2 of organic fertilizer and 300 kg/hm2 of nitrogen fertilizer, and the lowest increase was that no organic fertilizer was applied to nitrogen fertilizer;with the growth of maize, the biomass of maize showed an upward trend;under the treatment level of 3000 kg/hm2 of organic fertilizer, the dry matter content of aboveground parts of maize was the highest, and organic fertilizer was the lowest. At 1500 kg/hm2 treatment level, the above-ground dry matter content of maize was the lowest.3.The nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents in maize leaves treated with organic fertilizer 1500-3000 kg/hm2 and nitrogenous fertilizer 225 kg/hm2 were higher than those of other treatments;the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents in maize leaves covered with nitrogenous fertilizer 225 kg/hm2 were higher than those of other treatments;the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents in maize ears treated with organic fertilizer 1500-3000 kg/hm2 were the highest under nitrogenous fertilizer 225 kg/hm2.4.The maximum number of grains per ear in each treatment was 225 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer,3000 kg/hm2 organic fertilizer,4500 kg/hm2 organic fertilizer and 0.35 kg nitrogen fertilizer,4500 kg/hm2 organic fertilizer and 225 kg/hm2 organic fertilizer, respectively. The highest grain yield of maize was 4500 kg/hm2 and 225 kg/hm2 organic fertilizer, which reached 29497 kg/hm2.Comprehensive three-point organic fertilizer 4500 kg/hm2 and 225 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer were beneficial to maize growth. In summary, the application of appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer can effectively increase soil organic matter content and nutrient content, thereby improving soil fertilizer supply ability, promoting maize growth and increasing yield. In this experiment, the treatment of 4500 kg/hm2 organic fertilizer and 225 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer were the best combination for improving maize growth and soil fertility.
