Bovine tuberculosis is a serious chronic infectious zoonosis caused by Mycobacterium spp..M.bovis,M.tuberculosis and M.avium are the most severe pathogens of all Mycobacterium spp.which can cause tuberculosis in cattle, humans and poultry, respectively.Among them, bovine tuberculoses caused by M.tuberculosis and M.bovis are zoonotic infectious tuberculosis.Bovine tuberculosis is classified as class B animal disease by China and World Organization for Animal Health(OIE).In order to understand the prevalence of bovine tuberculosis in Jingbian county,Shaanxi province, from June 2016 to October 2017,44 cattle farms and 8 administrative villages in Jingbian county were conducted to monitor bovine tuberculosis.715 bovine whole blood samples were collected. The PPD intradermal allergy and interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)were used to screen 715 cows. The results showed that 715 cows were detected by intradermal allergy test(SITT),comparative intradermal allergy test(SICTT)and IFN-γELISA,and 4 positive cows were detected by SITT,SICTT and IFN-γELISA.Among them, the positive rate of PPDB and PPDA was 3 and 1,The coincidence rate of PPDB positive between SICTT and SITT was 75%,and the total positive rate of SICTT and SITT was 100%.A total of 3 and 1 cases of PPDB and PPDA positive tuberculosis were detected by IFN-γELISA test. The coincidence rate of IFN-γELISA test and PPDB positive rate of SITT was 75%,and the total coincidence rate with PPD was 100%.The results of IFN-γELISA showed that the average individual positive rate of cow tuberculosis in Jingbian county was 0.56%.Among the 94 groups;2 groups had positive results in the 94 groups, and the group positive rate was 2.13%.
