The device and technology of deep side fertilization of rice have solved the problems of excessive fertilization and uneven fertilization in manual spraying during rice planting.It can effectively reduce the use of manpower,improve work efficiency,increase the utilization rate of fertilizer and reduce the pollution degree of fertilizer to the water system around the paddy field.In this paper,the double four-bar mechanism of side-deep fertilizer applicator is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of this mechanism in rice side-deep fertilizer applicator.The flow field of the pneumatic pipeline of the fertilizer applicator is analyzed.It provides a reference for the selection of the main air duct of the fertilizer applicator.An alarm device for blockage of the fertilizer applicator is designed and tested.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)Kinematics analysis of double four-bar linkage is carried out by complex vector method.The mathematical expressions of angular displacement,angular velocity and angular acceleration of output swing bar and swing bar are obtained.The kinematics analysis of the double four-bar mechanism is carried out by using MATLAB software.The angular displacement,angular velocity and angular acceleration of the output pendulum bar are obtained.Using MATLAB GUIDE Tool to Design Software Interface of Fertilizer Discharge Driving Eight-bar Mechanism.The adjustment method of fertilizer application was introduced briefly,and the program was compiled with MATLAB software.The relationship between the swing angle of the swing rod driven by fertilizer discharge and the rotation angle of fertilizer application was obtained.2)The model of fertilizer applicator was simplified into pneumatic pipeline.In CREO 3.0,the pneumatic pipeline of 6 rows of fertilizer applicator was modeled.Then the model was imported into ICEM CFD to divide grids.The grid was imported into FLUENT software to get the flow field analysis results of pneumatic pipeline,and the results ware analyzed.The influence of different diameter of main air duct on the velocity of branch pipe and the connection mode between main air duct and branch pipe on the velocity of branch pipe were studied,and the results were analyzed.3)The blockage alarm device is designed by using the exhaust pipe and the cover of the exhaust pipe on the fertilizer pipe,and the relevant components and alarm circuit were selected.The velocity distribution of fluid in the fertilizer pipe under the condition of complete blockage was analyzed.Test and field test of blockage alarm device were carried out.4)The performance test of rice side deep fertilizer applicator driven by Eight-bar Mechanism was carried out.The results show that the side deep fertilizer applicator driven by Eight-bar Mechanism can meet the national standard of fertilizer applicator.
