Inorder to develop a more optimized and more suitable structure on the basis of existing parametersfor Xinjiang production and construction corps, given the complex operating environment, according tomodern mechanical design theory and methods,such as materials, engineering mechanics、institutionalanalysis and synthesis、machinery manufacturing technology、 virtual prototyping technology andoptimized design and so on,to take performance analysis and simulation analysis on its working mechanismand component architecture.The performance of the optimization parameters can be determined,andthen,establish the mathematical model between the effect of picking-up and the related parameters, thedynamic simulation and feasibility test can be achieved by virtual prototyping technology and the designparameters can be optimized. The broken processes of seed-using watermelon and the movement ofmaterials on the vibrating screen are simulation analysed. Three-dimensional models of the corecomponents are established and assembled.The planting mode and material properties of seed-using watermelon in the Xinjiang production andconstruction corps are in consideration in the dissertation.,Work on the key working parts,such as pickupdevice、crusher unit、broken melon machine and seeds separator installation to analyse their workingprinciple and process.Employ computer simulation technology、simulation technology and motion theoryto do parametric design for key structures.Reference for the structures, the parameters and the researchmethods are acquired for the physical prototype in the future.The main research contents include the following aspects:(i) Explore the foreignal achievement about threshing machinery for seed-using watermelon,analysesits pick up, crushing, separation systems, separation method and separation theory.Clarify the advantagesand disadvantages,analysis its working mechanism,determine the characteristics of the material melon.Thepurpose of this subject, the significance, the research plan, the research objective and technical line aredescribed in this thesis.(2) Determine the parameters of the basic mechanical parts (such as picking up round, crushingrollers, spines melon, vibration sieve,etc.).Built three-dimensional solid modeling by using Pro/ENGINEER software;employ ADAMS software separation system to do kinematics simulation pickseedlings based on virtual prototyping technology for separate system and shaker body parts to obtainmeaningful velocity data.employ ANSYS software to do finite element analysis on thorn melon device、broken drum,and other key components to verify the feasibility and reliability of structural,which canimprove the theoretical basis for optimization.(iii) Feasibility and reliability results are obtained in both the virtual prototyping model of thethreshing combine for seed-using watermelon and the two aspects of static and dynamic analysis and study,strictly according to modern mechanical design method. The related relationship between broken melon ’sspeed and rate of breakage melon is sure by analysis the movement of seed-using watermelon and also the reason effecting the life of crushing drum life affecting is founded.(ix) The corresponding materials movement status under different sport of main parameters arequantitative analyzed. The influences of picking-up, crushing and separating under different materialmovement statuses are researched. The dynamics and kinematics simulations of simplified mechanism forthe threshing combine for seed-using watermelon are accomplished by using ADAMS. The motions ofcomponents, including displacement, velocity, acceleration show as animation, graphics etc, areobtained.,which provides the basis for designing and adjusting the parameters,.According to kinematics to analysis the seed-using watermelon machine,using Pro/ENGINEERmechanical dynamic simulation and engineering analysis techniques to built3D modeling and kinematicsimulation、emulation.Analyzed and compare trace、speed and acceleration at different speeds on the trackroller mechanism.Using ANSYS and ADAMS software to do design optimization sparring which ained atthe smallest amount of load between adjacent points.Establishing optimal mathematical model accordingto kinematics and dynamics. And compare the optimization results with the original design parameters.The thesis provides the evaluation of melon body design and optimized program intentional reference, aswell as theoretical basis for the further design and research of seed-using watermelon.
