Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.,known as the two color golden pheasant,belongs to a year of herbs in compositae.Study shows that the Coreopsis tinctoria has antibacterial,anticoagulant,anti-oxidation and anti-aging,reducing blood and other effects,has high medicinal value and economic value,is one of the varieties of Coreopsis tinctoria in the market at present the most promising.In order to scientifically and rationally utilize the Coreopsis tinctoria resources to meet the market demand,to improve the yield and quality of Coreopsis tinctoria,need to study the influence of various factors on the growth,yield and quality of Coreopsis tinctoria,Coreopsis tinctoria and the further development and utilization of economic value of reference.Experimental study on spraying KH2PO4 on field Coreopsis tinctoria growth,yield and quality of influence,and the influence of potted Coreopsis tinctoria sodium dihydrogen phosphate on the growth,yield and quality.The results are as follows:?1?Effects of KH2PO4 on growth,yield and quality of Coreopsis tinctoria field.6 different concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate is 0%,spraying,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%;in 0%as CK,spraying in Coreopsis tinctoria seedling,budding and flowering stage respectively on Coreopsis tinctoria leaf.The results showed that foliar concentrations were 0.5%and 0.3%when potassium dihydrogen phosphate impact on July and August,the Coreopsis tinctoria field growth and yield the most significant.?2?Influence the growth and yield of potted Coreopsis tinctoria of sodium dihydrogen phosphate.6levels:0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%,P?P2O5 containing 59.17%sodium dihydrogen phosphate?as base fertilizers were applied into the soil in the pot.The results show that the most significant concentration for the growth and yield of 0.3%on potted Coreopsis tinctoria effect of sodium dihydrogen phosphate.?3?Effects of KH2PO4 on Coreopsis tinctoria quality field,mainly in the field of determination of total flavonoids,chlorogenic acid,Coreopsis tinctoria tea polyphenol,polysaccharide,amino acid content.The results showed that August was the best period for the quality of wild Coreopsis tinctoria.0.2%of the concentration of KH2PO4 on field Coreopsis tinctoria quality formation,the most significant impact,the concentration of 0.5%,0.3%KH2PO4 formation has less effect on field quality of Coreopsis tinctoria.?4?Effects on potted Coreopsis tinctoria NaH2PO4 quality,through the determination of the total flavonoids of potted Coreopsis tinctoria,chlorogenic acid,tea polyphenol,polysaccharide,amino acid content.The results show that the optimal period of August is the formation of potted Coreopsis tinctoria quality,and the concentration of 0.2%sodium dihydrogen phosphate on potted Coreopsis tinctoria quality formation effect was the most significant.
