As one of the major oil crops in China,rapeseed is the main source of edible oil in China.Due to the differences in agronomic characteristics of rapeseed,only sufficient ripening will not affect the quality of rapeseed,rape in the field mature,combined harvesting resulted in large losses,Rapeseed harvest method is Segmented harvesting.Segmented harvesting includes pre-cut,threshing again in the field.As for the segmentation of threshing equipment used in most of the threshing machine are modified from the rice one,it can not fully adapt to threshing characteristics of rape,loss rate is large.therefore,In order to be adapt to the requirement of rape threshing in rural area especial for the hilly mountain,it is of great practical significance to study a kind of movable threshing equipment at present stage.In this paper,based on the analysis of the current status of threshing technology,a small-sized axial-flow rapeseed thresher is designed.The threshing elements are rod teeth,which are arranged in a spiral on the drum.The cleaning mechanism adopts fan when the rapeseed mixture is dropped,it is separated by a vibrating screen and a centrifugal fan,and the threshing loss is reduced.By installing the walking wheel,the device can be flexibly moved in the drying field to improve the working efficiency.In order to study the threshing characteristics of the thresher and reduce the net loss of rape,the optimization of structure parameters was studied.Threshing characteristic test showed that the threshing rate and productivity could meet the relevant standards.The results show that the influence of vibration direction angle,crank rotation speed and screen surface inclination angle on the separation performance index is analyzed.The results show that the vibration direction angle is 27 °,the crank speed is 280r/min,When the screen angle is 9°,the separation performance is better.By orthogonal test optimization,the variance analysis and regression simulation were carried out.The comprehensive scoring method was used to find the optimal parameters of the model when the crank speed was 250 r/min,the vibration direction angle was 30 °,screen angle is 11°.Separation performance indicates to achieve optima object.
