Porphyra Industry Development And Countermeasure Research In Cangnan County Of Wenzhou

From 2016 to 2017,the size of Chinese seaweed has expanded by 32%.Consumer demand for laver products is rising,and the laver industry has become an important industry for the development of rural economy in China’s coastal cities.The coastal areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang are relatively concentrated areas for aquaculture and processing in China,accounting for more than 80% of the national output.Therefore,research on the development status and problems of the laver industry and the development of corresponding countermeasures are of great significance for expanding the scale of the development of the laver industry and improving the efficiency.This paper takes Cangnan County,a laver county,as an example to study the development of seaweed industry.After describing the development process of the laver industry in Cangnan County and the status quo of the pre-production,mid-production and post-production links of the industrial chain,the problems of the development of laver industry in Cangnan County are briefly summarized: the base construction is illegal and the scale is small.The lack of technical talents to maintain scientific research activities;the farmers’ awareness of environmental protection is poor;the popularity of seaweed refrigerating net technology is low;the processing enterprises lack the plan for long-term development;the sales of laver products are not good;After that,an environmental analysis was carried out on the development of seaweed industry in Cangnan County.By referring to the typical cases of the development of seaweed industry at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the enlightenment of various models on the development of seaweed industry in Cangnan County.Finally,several countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the above problems: rational selection strategy,promotion of laver industry development;organization of technical training,improvement of comprehensive capacity of farmers;Enterprises,establish famous brands of seaweed;build e-commerce platform,establish traceability mechanism to ensure the safety of seaweed products;do publicity public opinion,establish the image of responsible person’s industrial development;increase the support of seaweed industry,enhance international competitiveness,etc..I hope this article can provide some help for the development of the seaweed industry in Cangnan County.
