| Cultivated land is a strategic resource to ensure food security in China. With the development of social economy, the national and public demand for cultivated land resources is deepening,so the existing cultivated land productivity connotation and evaluation methods can not meet the demand.Due to the limited quantity, poor quality and fragile ecological environment,it is urgent to protect the cultivated land resources in mountainous areas.Based on the demands of high yield and high efficiency, green health, and sustainable development, the productivity evaluation of cultivated land in mountainous areas can meet the requirements of the new era,and it is an important way to protect cultivated land resources in mountainous areas..In view of this, based on the demand of sustainable development, this paper scientifically defines the connotation of cultivated land productivity in mountain areas, constructs the evaluation system of cultivated land productivity in mountain areas, and formulates three evaluation methods of cultivated land productivity in mountain areas, uses the method of gradual correction of limiting coefficient to count the productivity index of cultivated land. And take Laiyuan,a mountainous county in Hebei Province,as an example for empirical study,to evaluate and analyse the productivity level and spatial distribution pattern of cultivated land in Laiyuan County. The following conclusions are obtained:(1)Based on the sustainable development demand,by systematically combing the theory of cultivated land productivity, cultivated land quality, cultivated land health, cultivated land sustainable utilization and so on,matching the demand with the influencing factors of cultivated land productivity, putting forward a new connotation of cultivated land productivity based on sustainable development demand in mountain area, and defining it as the comprehensive and integrated reflection of five quality dimensions of soil quality, spatial geographical quality, management quality, environmental quality and ecological quality, which is the result of the comprehensive effect of the internal factors and their combination characteristics that affect the productivity of cultivated land.(2)By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the productivity evaluation system of cultivated land in mountain area is established, which includes soil quality, spatial geographical quality, management quality, environmental quality and ecological quality, including 5 dimensions and 27 evaluation indexes. The productivity evaluation method and productivity index calculation method of cultivated land in mountain area are determined based on the three demand levels of high yield and high efficiency, green health, sustainable development.(3)Taking Laiyuan County as an example for empirical study, analyzing the evaluation results of five quality dimensions,it can be concluded that Laiyuan County cultivated land soil quality, spatial geographical quality, environmental quality, ecological quality, management quality level is not the same. The soil quality coefficient is mainly at Level 2,the spatial geographical quality coefficient is mainly at Level 1,the environmental quality coefficient is mainly at Level 2,the ecological quality coefficient is mainly at Level 2,and the management quality coefficient is mainly at Level 3.Therefore,the spatial and geographical quality of cultivated land in Laiyuan County is high, the quality of soil, environment and ecology is general, and the quality of management is low.(4)Taking Laiyuan County as an example for empirical study, analyzing the productivity evaluation results of three levels of demand,it can be concluded that under the demand of high yield and high efficiency and green health,Laiyuan County is mainly good grade land, accounting for 64.34%and 52.93%of the total cultivated land area of the county respectively;under the demand of sustainable development,Laiyuan County is mainly good grade land, accounting for 49.71%of the total cultivated land area.In terms of spatial distribution pattern, the three Productivity Grade of cultivated land in Laiyuan County is staggered, showing high in the middle and low in the north.Comparing the productivity evaluation results of different demand levels,it can be seen that the environmental quality and ecological quality of cultivated land in mountain areas has become an important factor affecting the productivity of cultivated land in mountain areas. The comprehensive evaluation of cultivated land productivity in Laiyuan County can provide services for Laiyuan County to improve grain production capacity and cultivated land protection level, strengthen the cultivated land productivity construction. The evaluation system of cultivated land productivity in mountainous areas constructed in this paper comprehensively considers the factors such as climate, soil, society, ecology, environment and so on,which provides theoretical and methodological reference for the study of cultivated land productivity in mountainous areas, and is of great significance for the protection of cultivated land resources in mountainous areas and the realization of the"Trinity" management of national cultivated land quantity, quality and ecology. |
