In view of the development of surge irrigation technology and surge irrigation equipment at home and abroad,a new type of self-pressurized surge irrigation reversing valve is design and manufactured to solve the problem of less type of surge irrigation equipment and high rotation resistance of the reversing valve in the process of water-saving irrigation technology in China.Using the principle of CFD,using the ANSYS Workbench software to perform finite element analysis.,using the FLUENT software to perform the numerical simulation and flow analysis of the flow field of the reversing valve,to provide a basis for the improvement,to provide a reference to the further design of the reversing valve,promoted the development of the surge irrigation equipment and to enhance the level of modern agricultural equipment in our country.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Combined with the current situation of surge irrigation technology and surge irrigation equipment,l designed of a new type of surge irrigation reversing valve based on the principle of water pressure and introduced its working principle and the structure of its key parts,aimed at the problems of less type of surge irrigation equipment in China and the large rotation resistance of the reversing valve.(2)Established three-dimensional models for the surge irrigation valve and its internal flow field.Using FLUENT software to perform the numerical simulation and flow analysis of the flow field of the reversing valve under static conditions,using the ANSYS Workbench software to perform finite element analysis of the valve body and the valve plate with the fluid-structure coupling principle.The displacement and stress of the valve body and the valve plate of the reversing valve are very small.The displacement at work is less than 1mm,and the maximum stress of the valve body and the valve plate are only 0.13mpa and 0.71 MPa,and the stability of the reversing valve has a great promise.Under the displacement contour and the stress contour,it can be seen that the deformation tendency of the valve body and the valve plate of the reversing valve,and measures should be taken in optimization design in the future to make the structure design more reasonable.At the same time,the velocity contour of the internal flow field shows that the maximum flow velocity is 3.83m/s,the local velocity is increasing.Connection part of the inlet and left outlet has a velocity of low-velocity bands and even a stagnant water rate of zero.Pressure contour also shows that the position has certain negative pressure,which can cause fluid backflow.(3)Using the FLUENT software to perform the numerical simulation and flow analysis of the flow field in several typical opening(0 °,15 °,30 °,45 °,60 °,75 °,90 °).By analyzing the velocity contour and the pressure contour of each opening,the flow characteristics of the flow field of the valve are studied.During the whole flow process,the maximum velocity of the fluid appears in the area where the water ring is located and the opening of the valve plate and the outlet,which is also the region with the most severe erosion effect.With the increase of the opening,the flow of the internal flow field tends to be stable,and the velocity gradient tends to be stable.The valve plate assembly divides the pressure distribution of the fluid area into two distinct zones.The hydrodynamic torque is moved up and down of the valve plate in the process of rotation,it turn back to zero in 40 ° and 90 °.This is due to the interaction between the two vortices produced during the rotation process and the water pressure.With the increase of the opening,the local resistance coefficient of the left outlet is gradually increased,while the local resistance coefficient of the right outlet is gradually reduced.And at the time of 90 °,the local resistance coefficient of the left and right outlet is roughly balanced and stable at 4.42.
