Research On Onorien Tational Of Adult Carpomyia Vesuviana Costa

Ber fruit fly(Carpomya vesuviana Costa)is one of the important quarantine pests.At present,in the comprehensive prevention and control of C.vesuviana,the yellow sticky board used for monitoring and trapping adult.But the yellow sticky board is not specific and ideal.In order to solve this problem,a series of screening tests were carried out on the lure of the fruit fly.The main results are as follows:(1)The “Y” –to be olfactometer was used to determine the selectivity of the fruit fly to different organs.The results show that the selectivity of C.vesuviana in selectivity of female is stronger than male,selectivity of the mature is stronger than those of the immature.As for the selectivity to the different organs and developmental stages of the Jujube,half red satge is higher,the selectivity of mature female and male is respectively 38%,23.3%,the immature were 30%,25%.selectivity of the mature of the apricot is stronger than those of the immature The females are selective in the green fruit,and the males are more selective in the fruit.(2)The effect of 6 kinds of volatile of jujube fruit on fruit fly was determined..The attractant activity of 6 substances such as ethyl oleate,ethyl linoleate,ethyl laurate,ethyl ester,myristic acid were measured by four arm olfactory apparatus.The results show: the selectivity of female to palmitic acid,ethylene ethyl laurate,myristic acid were stronger than males as 30%;linoleic acid ethyl ester,ethyl oleate selection rate of male was higher as 25%.In the field through continuous 8-day monitoring,volatile acids within the volatile attractant effect is stronger,the maximum amount of trapping is 43,the average amount of trap is 18.2.(3)In the field test on the attraction of C.vesuviana 6 kinds of yellow sticky boards of different wavelengths,the most sensitive wavelength of C.vesuviana was selected.The results showed that C.vesuviana is seneitive to the 560 nm ~ 600 nm wave length yellow sticky biard and it is the most sensitive to the 560 nm ~ 580 nm.To C.vesuviana the most sensitive wavelength is 570nm(wheat yellow),and the optimum hanging position and height on the crown plate of jujube is determinded.When the yellow sticky board is hung in the North,the trapping effect is the best,the number of C.vesuviana trapping were 0.8 times higher than in other directions.The most effective suspension height of the sticky board is 1.7m;The number of C.vesuviana trapped on obverse side is 3.8 times more than that on reverse side.(4)The adult was fed by 4 different feed made by honey,yeast extract and white sugar as raw materials.The results show that the feed made by 20% honey +20% yeast extract liquid is ideal,jujube fruit flies,average pre mating,mating and spawning marks,the number of male and female adults life were 5D,5.2h,2.87,38 d and 19.5 d.(5)According to the growth and development of C.vesuviana on the jujube and apricot fruit,spawning marks on jujube is twice more than the number of that on the apricot fruit,pupa on the jujube was significantly bigger than that of apricot fruit,pupa emergence rate and sex ratio were significantly higher than that of apricot fruit,respectively 80%,2.4:1,56.6% and 1.8:1.
