In this experiment,the effects of different micro fertilizers on the external morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics,enzyme activity,yield and volatile active components of the Atractylodes japonica were studied by orthogonal design and complete random design.The purpose of this study was to provide a reference for the artificial cultivation of the Atractylodes japonica.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.Mo fertilizer can significantly increase the ovary length,the stamen length,the fresh,dry weight of root,the content of Atractylone and the content of Atrctylodin.When the concentration of Mo fertilizer was 0.30%sprayed,the content of Atractylone and the content of Atrctylodin were the best,and had the best effect on the fresh weight of root of the Atractylodes japonica.B fertilizer could significantly increase the inflorescence length,the floret number,pollen activity,pollen number,inflorescence number,seed setting rate and 100-grain weight of the Atractylodes japonica.When the concentration of B fertilizer was 0.30%sprayed,the pollen number,pollen vigor,inflorescence number,seed setting rate and 100 grain weight were the best.Mo-B interaction could significantly increase pistil length of the Atractylodes japonica.when the concentration of Mo fertilizer was 0.35%sprayed and the concentration of B fertilizer was 0.60%sprayed,the best effect was on pistil length.2.Fe fertilizer could significantly increase the pistil length,pollen viability and setting pecentage of the Atractylodes japonica.When the concentration of Fe fertilizer was 0.20%sprayed,the length of pistil and setting pecentage were the best,When the concentration of Fe fertilizer was 0.40%sprayed,the pollen viability was the best.3.Mn fertilizer can significantly increase the length of ovary,the content of soluble sugar and soluble starch,fresh root weght,dry root weight and 100 grains of the Atractylodes japonica.When the concentration of Mn fertilizer was 0.05%sprayed,it can promote the soluble sugar and soluble starch of leaves.When the concentration of Mn fertilizer was 0.10%sprayed,the best effect on the length of ovary and pollen activity was the best.When the concentration of Mn fertilizer was 0.15%sprayed,the effect of 100 grains is the best.4.Cu fertilizer could significantly increase the activity of SOD activity,Barrel ltngth,Corolla length,Corolla width,pollen number of the Atractylodes japonica.When the concentration of Cu fertilizer was 0.05%sprayed,the activity of SOD of the Atractylodes japonica were the best.When the concentration of Cu fertilizer was 0.10%sprayed,the Barrel ltngth,Corolla length,Corolla width and pollen number were the best.5.Zn fertilizer could significantly increase the activity of POD and CAT,inflorescence length,stamen length,the content of Atractylone,Atrctylodin and Macrocephalic lactone II.Reduce the content of malondialdehyde.When the concentration of Zn fertilizer was 0.1%sprayed,the effect on inflorescence length and the content of Atractylone were the best.When the concentration of Zn fertilizer was 0.2%sprayed,The inhibitory effect on MDA activity was the best.The activity of POD and the content of Atrctylodin and Macrocephalic lactone II was the best.When the concentration of Zn fertilizer was 0.30%sprayed,the effect on stamen length and the activity of CAT were the best.
