In this experiment, veratrol and Pulsatilla Chincnsis were used as experimental materials to extract plants by reflux, ultrasonic and other extraction methods, the contents of resveratrol and pulveratrol were determined by HPLC.According to th e content, the response surface analysis method was used to find the best extraction pr ocess, and the mycelium growth rate method was further used to determine the bacteri ostatic effect of ginseng black spot bacteria. The mechanism of action was preliminarily studied. The results showed that:1?The EC50 value of resveratrol extract for A.panax Whetz pathogen was successively methanol extract<ethanol extract<acetone extract, and the EC50 value of Pulsatilla chinensis extract for A.panax Whetz was methanol extract<acetone extract<ethanol extract.2?Veratrol methanol extracts of the active ingredient resveratrol 59? is the best extraction conditions of extraction temperature, extraction time,1.5 h the volume fraction of methanol was 50%,the optimal extraction conditions were 87%methanol volume fraction,2 h extraction time,20(V:m)solid-liquid ratio and 3.760 ?g·g-1.3?In the bacteriostasis test of A.panax Whetz, the mixture ratio of Veratrum methanol extract and Pulsatilla chinensis methanol extract had the most obvious additive effect at 2:8,and the toxicity ratio was 1.164?The antibacterial mechanism of effective active substances may be to inhibit the growth of mycelia by destroying the cell membrane structure.
