Research And Realization Of Key Technology Of Flame Weeding Machine For Chinese Medicinal Materials

With the strengthening of people's health consciousness,the demand for traditional Chinese medicine is increasing,which leads to the growing scope of Chinese herbal medicine.Because of the high economic value of Chinese herbal medicine,weeds grow rapidly due to environmental factors while applying a large amount of fertilizer and water in the planting.How to control weeds in Chinese herbal medicine cultivation has become an important problem in Chinese herbal medicine planting.Traditional artificial weeding techniques are not only a waste of time,but also ineffective.The application of herbicides in the planting of Chinese herbal medicine can not only improve the weeding efficiency,but also guarantee the quality of weeding.However,due to the particularity of herbicides,chemical cleaning is frequently applied.Weeds,coupled with the disorder in the production of Chinese medicinal materials,lead to the most prominent problem of chemical residues,which is also an important factor affecting the quality and safety of Chinese medicinal materials.Based on the above facts,it is necessary to use physical methods to weed and reduce the use of chemical agents.Through the analysis of the development and research status of weed mower at home and abroad,it is found that most of the weed mower in China can not adapt to the type of Chinese herb planting land in China.Therefore,it is necessary to design a kind of planting land suitable for Chinese herbal medicine with high efficiency and environmental protection.A pollution-free mower.Based on the two aspects of adding flame system and steam system to the traditional lawn mower,this paper carries on the design research and the reality,the concrete research content is as follows:The main results are as follows:(1)aiming at the difficulty of weed removal in the planting of Chinese medicinal materials,the current main weed removal methods were summarized and analyzed,and the mechanical weeding machine was studied.According to the characteristics of mechanical weeding machine,such as strong fluidity,wide practicability,etc.Clear the design requirements of weed mower,design ideas,put forward a combination offlame and steam treatment of weeds in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with physical weeding technology theory to design a suitable flame weed mower in traditional Chinese medicine planting;(2)Solid Works software is used to model the structure of the key parts of the physical weeder,the flame system and steam system of the physical weeder are designed,and the physical mower model is established.The internal flame and steam of the physical weeding machine are simulated and analyzed,and the nozzles in the flame system are simulated by using COMSOL multi-physical field simulation software under the actual working conditions of adding air and natural gas,etc.It is verified that the flame injection diameter is the largest when the nozzle diameter is 3-5cm.The temperature simulation of flame and steam nozzles was carried out by using Fluent simulation software,and the time during the process of spraying was analyzed.The optimal time and spraying distance were selected by optimizing the change of weed temperature.(3)based on the theoretical basis of heat conduction,heat exhalation and heat radiation,the mathematical model is established with the experimental data.The flame system and steam system test data in the weeding mechanism are imported into SAS for modal analysis.Through optimization,it was found that the temperature of weed receiving from 30 cm was the highest at 50 s,and the change was obvious.(4)the purpose of Chinese herbal medicine cultivation is to provide better medicinal materials.Therefore,the planting of Chinese herbal medicine not only meets the market demand,but also has strict requirements on the quality of Chinese herbal medicine.The production of safe,high-quality and assured Chinese medicinal materials is the goal we have been pursuing all the time.The experimental results show that the flame is liquefied,heated by steam transportation heating,and combined with the mechanical weeding equipment designed in this paper.Continuous experiments on weeds in the field of Chinese medicinal materials were carried out,and a physical and mechanical weeding machine was realized for weeding Chinese medicinal materials.
