| Today’s the current vocational education reform emphasizes the difference between vocational education and general education,vocational education takes the ability standard as the guide,trains students’ professional ethics and vocational skills,and enables students to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills.In response to adapt to the requirements of the development of secondary vocational training course,many front-line educators have made attempts mew teaching models in their posts,such as the integration of theory and practice,modern apprenticeship,project-based learning method,little teacher system and so on.Among the many explorations,the one that has deepest feeling is “Little teacher system”,this mode has the characteristics of inspiring students’ desire to take the initiative to learn before class,the teaching atmosphere in class is relaxed and pleasant,after class timely evaluation feedback,practical training teaching efficiency is more significant,so that secondary vocational students learn to know and pass on.Therefore,the author has carried on the practice and research to this mode during the internship.“Little teacher system” was founded by Mr.Tao Xingzhi,an educator,for the purpose of popularizing public education.It is of great reference significance to the vocational colleges in the new era which aim at cultivating students’ independent learning ability and innovative ability.“Little teacher system” means that teachers discuss knowledge with students before class,consult materials,prepare lessons independently,and then students act as little sir to lead classmates to learn textbook knowledge in class as a teacher.Teachers should abide by the corresponding system throughout the teaching process.The research took the students of two classes of garden major in grade two in Y School as the research objects,and took the “Soil Fertilizer” training course as an example,and conducted a two-month practical study.Before implementation,by analyzing the basic situation of domestic and foreign research on the “Little teacher system” and combining with the characteristics of secondary vocational students,put forward the construction principles of the implementation of the “Little teacher system” in practical training courses,and designed the specific operation process of this model.Implemented in accordance with the designed process,and demonstrated in detail how to implement this mode in the agricultural training courses of secondary vocational schools through two cases.Through the method of comparative experiment,it analyzes and reflects on the effect of the implementation of the “Little teacher system” in practical training courses from various aspects such as student skill assessment,daily homework and learning observation results,and implementation of satisfaction questionnaire surveys.Practical results have proved that the secondary agricultural training courses in the implementation of “Little teacher system” has played a positive effect,it can not only can improve the students’ skills,but also correct students’ learning attitude and improve the students’ learning interest in training courses.Let the students actively participate in training,strengthen students’ love for their major,cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation,help to improve the quality of practice teaching,teaching is learning.At the same time,some problems were discovered,such as the limited ability of the “Little teacher system” and uneven opportunities,and reasonable suggestions for improvement were put forward.In a word,the research on the “Little teacher system” in the practical training courses related to agriculture in secondary vocational schools is the connotation excavation and theoretical expansion on the basis of previous research results,rather than the transplantation and appropriation of the doctrine.It is hoped that it can provide reference and research for our current vocational education reform and the construction of practical training courses. |
