In this paper, taking 'Akali'and 'Houman' grape as the material,we studied the effects of shoot treatment on the photosynthesis and fruit quality, the effects of after-harvest main branch cutting back on the net photosynthetic rate, the effect of fruit thinning and cluster shape on quality of fruit,to study the key technology for improving:fruit quality to provide guidance. The main results are as follows:The main results were as follows:1.After the main tip topping,4 treatments were performed on 'Akali' grape, namely,no sublateral shoots treatment, sublateral shoots single-leaf treatment, the sublateral shoots to keep two leaves, sublateral shoots to keep four leaves.'Akali' Grape Leaves'photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality were measured. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of the leaves were significantly higher than those of the non-preserved shoots, and the AQY was also increased. In the treatment, the content of TSS and the ratio of TSS to acid were the highest in the berries whose sublateral shoots treated with four leaves, and the difference was significant. The net photosynthetic rate of leaves whose sublateral shoots kept to two leaves was significantly higher than that of other treatments, and leaves' senescence was higher than that of other treatments. The TSS-acid ratio was also higher than that of the other leaves.2.Taking 'Houman' grape as the material, all the sublateral shoots were removed from the main branch after harvest, and the main branch was cut back to 4 leaves,6 leaves and 8 leaves. The Pn curve, net photosynthetic rate, intercellular carbon dioxide concentration, stomatal conductance and chlorophyll content of the shoots were measured and the flowering conditions were measured in the following year. The results showed that the maximum net photosynthetic rate, the net photosynthetic rate and the chlorophyll content of the leaves were increased, and the more we cut the main branch, the higher the net photosynthetic rate is.There was no significant effect on the length of spikelets in the following year.Four and six-leaf treatments significantly increased the amount of spikelets in the following year. The net photosynthetic rate of the 6-leaves treatment was slightly lower than that of the 4 leaves, and the number of spikelets was similar to that of the 4 leaves. The number of leaves retained by the trees was 50%higher than that of the four leaves. The main branch cut back to 6 leaves was better.3.Taking 'Houman' grape as the material, the clusters were thinned to 30 berries,40 berries,50 berries and 60 berries respectively, and the fruit shape of the clusters was made conical and anomaly on each cluster size,8 treatments in total. The effects on the fruit growth and fruit quality of 'Houman' were studied. The results showed that there were no significant effects on the vertical and horizontal diameter and fruit weight of 'Houman'grape fruit in the 8 treatments. The results showed that the content of TSS was the highest and the ripening was the earliest in the 30 berries?conical cluster traetment. The content of soluble solids in other treatments was not different. There was no significant difference in titratable acid content between all treatments.Under the same fruit size, the effect of cluster shape on fruit TSS-acid ratio did not reach significant level. There was no significant difference in TSS-acid ratio between the treatments of 30 berries,40 berries,50 berries.Concerning yield and fruit quality,it is recommended to remain 50 berries per cluster, conical cluster is also recommended.
